Our pricing is expressed in terms of credits. A credit costs $2 and represents a single active team in your event. If you have an event with 15 teams then 15 credits ($30) are needed to publish a schedule. We offer 5 free credits when you register to try out the platform. If you need more you can pick your desired amount below.

Can I market my event for free?
Yes. We highly recommend creating a free account and submitting your event to the tournament directory. We are highly ranked on Google and other search engines. This helps teams, coaches, recruiters, and fans find your event quickly.

Does the scheduling service cost anything?
To publish a schedule teams must have a credit applied to them, otherwise they will be hidden. Credits can be purchased on the pricing page. Otherwise all other features are available for free.

Do I have to buy credits to demo the platform for scheduling?
No, you have access to the entire platform. The only exception is publishing a schedule will not have teams visible until credits are purchased and applied to them.

Is the site secure for payment processing?
We are PCI Compliant meaning our environment is secure to accept, process, store or transmit credit card information. We don't however store any credit card information on our servers.

Does online payments cost anything?
We don't charge for online payments. It is your responsibility to setup a payment provider from the list of merchants we provide. These merchants usually have a monthly and credit card transaction fee. If you have a payment provider that isn't available please contact us and we'll research on integrating it.
