The Schedule for the RHAA summer showdown is set. You can release it to families.
Please have your rosters and COI before the 1st game at checkin at the concession stand.

We are very excited to announce that the RHAA Summer Classic Apparel Webstore is officially open! Support these amazing athletes and their organization by picking up some tournament swag!
The on-line pre-order webstore for apparel will be open now until 11:59PM on July 6th .
There are a couple ways to get apparel; choose the option that works best for you!
Bonuses to using the Pre-Order Webstore
Items on the webstore are $2 less than they will be onsite
There are additional personalization options on the webstore
There may be additional apparel available on the website, such as ladies cuts or different styles
Skip the lines and have your order mailed directly to you or pick it up at the event

Match Play Ink will also be on-site and printing at the tournament!
If you prefer to try on or compare your apparel options in person, this is the way to go!

RHAA Tournaments – Roster and Insurance
All teams participating in the RHAA Tournaments must check in before their first game and hand in a copy of their insurance with RHAA listed as an additional Insurer.

Teams must also hand in a copy of their roster for the tournament on the approved RHAA Roster Form - Attached
· A player may not be on 2 rosters at the same time.
· A player not on the roster at the beginning of the tournament is not eligible. Any questions or issues please reach out to the Tournament Director.
2 full concessions will be running all weekend.

Coaches - The Draft Schedule for the RHAA Summer Showdown is out. I did make some divisions changes. Please look at the teams in your division along with the division you are in. Let me know if you see any major issues. We want good competition for all teams.
You have until Thursday this week June 26 to let me know of any issues,
Please do not send to parents until we lock it.
Coache- Full payment is due for the RHAA Summer Showdown. I just sent everyone invoices that owed. If you have any questions please reach out.
Please pay IN FULL by Friday June 20. If not we will remove your team.
We are 5 weeks away. I am going to be working on the schedule soon to get it out.

Coaches - A payment reminder was just sent to everyone. A $100 deposit or FULL payment is due at this time.
Full payment is due 60 days before the event or when we sell out and have teams on the waitlist.
