Good afternoon everyone. Today the mercy rule has changed, with how many runs until mercy now being, 12-8-5. Other news is we have a hard stop for the lights in both Owosso and Corunna at 11pm. with that in mind games could be shortened, to keep up the pace we ask that teams be are game ready following the completions of another game before them. we are determined to get all games in today and declare champions! we appreciate everyones efforts to help make that happen lets make it a great day!! Good morning coaches, We all know how magical a homerun is to a kid. And the want to keep that baseball that we just smacked over the fence is understandable! With that being said if one of your players does hit a homer today we ask that you would throw in an acceptable replacement ball from your buckets into play for the tournament. it does not have to be brand new it just has to be nice enough to play with. We are trying to save all of the balls we can. as we use these balls at the Sandlot after the tournaments everyday for the facility to use! we appreciate your participation in the effort to save as many of the baseballs as we can!
