We are looking forward to the RHAA Summer Showdown this weekend.
9u - 10 teams
10u - 12 teams
14u - 8 teams (need one more)
Schedule is set. Small adjustments were made to a couple teams. DOUBLE CHECK you Schedule.
Rosters - a filled out ROSTER using the attached form.
COI - PLease bring a certificate of insurance with RHAA listed. Address is 5970 West Henrietta Rd (Route 15), West Henrietta, NY 14586
I will send a seperate email with RULES details to you.
Coaches - Here is a DRAFT schedule for next the RHAA Summer Showdown. We are looking to add 2- 9u teams and 1 - 14u Team to round out the schedule. Please spread thr word.
If you have any major conflicts with the schedule, please let me know. Do not share with parents until we lock it.
Rules are on the app / Website.
Roster: Must be submitted at check-in, before your first game. Check-in is located at the Main Concession Stand.
Please bring the attached roster filled out.
Birth Certificates: Not required unless a player’s age is challenged. If challenged, you must be able to provide proof of age.
Certificate of Insurance (COI): You must submit a COI with Rush Henrietta Athletic Association listed as an Additional Insured. This can typically be added via your insurance provider's website. This is also required at check-in.
