NYEB Super Series (12u & 13u) 2 Day Event Teams

Coaches & Parents-

We have just got done evaluating field conditions. All fields still have standing water and some big puddles in various areas. That along with the beginning of some showers and forecasted rain over the next few hours, we have determined that ALL games for Sunday are now canceled.

As always, our goal is to provide a complete event for teams. With that comes the responsibility of making sure the playing conditions are such as to not put any player in a position of injury. Unfortunately we are unable to make that happen for Sunday.

A few items to know for Sundays updated schedule.

1. ALL games for tomorrow are DROP DEAD (12u division is 1 hour and 45 minutes---- 13u division is 1 hour and 55 minutes)

2. Unplayed pool games are scheduled to be completed for each division on the first 2 time slots for each field.

3. We will immediately move into bracket play for all divisions after the final pool games are played. With that being said ALL teams need to be ready to play starting with the 3rd game of your division.

4. We will be monitoring the weather conditions closely and get out communication to all teams if there are any more changes as soon as we can

We are in the process of designing a new schedule for Sunday that has to first play the games that were not played today due to the heavy rains that washed out the later games.

We should have this up in the next hour.
