Sunday - Due to planned weather, These are the updated rules for Sunday.
We are planning 2 umpires for all games. (Also - If you know anyone who wants to umpire please let us know :) )
8u - 1:15 no new inning, 1:30 hard stop (Score reverts back to last full inning - unless home team is up)
12u - 1:45 no new inning. 2 hour hard stop (Score reverts back to last full inning - unless home team is up)

All - with the expected rain around 2:30 pm on Sunday we are going to update the schedule to ensure all games are completed.
We will start games at 8 AM with shorter time between games. The Schedule will be updated and another message will go out when it is done.

Welcome to beautiful RHAA for our summer classic with 40 teams on 9 baseball fields this weekend.
Parking will be full at times between games. Please be considerate of where you park and only park in designated areas so we don't need to have them towed.
We have 2 full concession stands on the complex along with our vendors who are parked in the middle of the complex between fields 2 and 3

Hi everyone,
Picture Pros is excited and proud to be in charge of capturing your long-lasting, memorable keepsakes at this tournament!
We’ll be taking team photos on the day of your team’s first scheduled game, right on the field at game time. If for any reason the team photo isn’t captured at that time, it will be taken at the team’s second game instead. On the following day, each team will receive a free proof copy of their team photo, which includes a QR code for easy ordering—just scan it with your phone’s camera.
Photo Packages & Pricing:
1 photo: $45
2–7 photos: $35 each
8+ photos: $30 each
Discounted pricing applies when photos are purchased together!
We also offer custom picture frames, available for purchase through the same QR code ordering system—perfect for displaying your team’s keepsake.
We’ll have a Picture Pros tent set up onsite, where attendees can:
Pay with cash or split payments
Request retakes
Update the team name on photos
Take photos with championship medals
Get help with any questions
All photos will be delivered directly to your home within 2-3 weeks.

There were some time changes to the games on Friday for 12u games only. (NEW Start times at 4pm and 6:15). Schedule here

Please bring roster and insurnace to check in at Main Concession stand before the 1st game.

RHAA Tournaments – Roster and Insurance
All teams participating in the RHAA Tournaments must check in before their first game and hand in a copy of their insurance with RHAA listed as an additional Insurer.

· A player may not be on 2 rosters at the same time.
· A player not on the roster at the beginning of the tournament is not eligible. Any questions or issues please reach out to the Tournament Director.
2 full concessions will be running all weekend.

Coaches - I will be working on schedules this week for the Summer Classic. We have room for 12u and 13u teams if you know anyone who would like to join us.
We also have room for 15u in our summer showdown - July 18-20.

Coaches - A payment reminder was just sent to everyone. A $100 deposit or FULL payment is due at this time.
Full payment is due 60 days before the event or when we sell out and have teams on the waitlist.
You can send a check or Venmo if thats easier (Saves us CC fees)
