Coaches - All Memorial day refunds were issued last week back to the CC or venmo (Other than 2 of your who i have spoken to). I am not sure on the timeline for it to hit the CC but the transactions all all complete on my end.

6/16/2025 10:43 AMCoaches- Full payment is due for the RHAA Summer Classic. I just sent everyone invoices that owed. If you have any questions please reach out. Please pay IN FULL by Friday June 20. If not we will remove your team. We are 4 weeks away. I am going to be working on the schedule soon to get it out.

Hi Everyone,
I’ll be issuing refunds this week for all teams from the Memorial Day Tournament. Refunds will be processed using your original payment method (Credit Card, Check, or Venmo).
We will be refunding the full amount you paid. Please note that RHAA is absorbing over $900 in credit card processing fees—we’re not passing those costs on to you. In addition, we incurred nearly $2,600 in non-recoverable expenses, including porta-potties, baseballs, umpires for Thursday's games, tournament software, and field crew labor.
Despite the circumstances, we’re incredibly grateful for your continued support and the teams that come back each year. Our goal remains the same: to provide the best tournament experience at the best baseball complex in Rochester!
If you're interested in moving your registration for 12U or 13U to the Summer Classic (July 10–13), we have a few open spots and would be happy to transfer your payment. Just let me know.

We are very excited to announce that the 2025 RHAA Memorial Day Apparel Webstore is officially open! Support these amazing athletes and their organization by picking up some tournament swag!

The on-line pre-order webstore for apparel will be open now until 11:59PM on May 18th .
There are a couple ways to get apparel; choose the option that works best for you!
Bonuses to using the Pre-Order Webstore
Items on the webstore are $2 less than they will be onsite
There are additional personalization options on the webstore
There may be additional apparel available on the website, such as ladies cuts or different styles
Skip the lines and have your order mailed directly to you or pick it up at the event
On-Site Event Printing Highlights
Match Play Ink will also be on-site and printing at the tournament!
If you prefer to try on or compare your apparel options in person, this is the way to go!

Coaches – Important Information for RHAA Memorial Day Weekend
Please review the updated Thursday and Friday schedules carefully. If I do not hear from you by this Saturday, the schedules will be locked as final.

Check-In Requirements:
Roster: Must be submitted at check-in, before your first game. Check-in is located at the Main Concession Stand. Please bring the attached roster filled out. A player may not be on 2 rosters at the same time time.
Birth Certificates: Not required unless a player’s age is challenged. If challenged, you must be able to provide proof of age.
Certificate of Insurance (COI): You must submit a COI with "RHAA 5970 West Henrietta Rd (Route 15), West Henrietta, NY 14586" listed as an Additional Insured. This can typically be added via your insurance provider's website. This is also required at check-in.
Communication & Rules:
All communication will be through the Exposure App. It is your responsibility to:

Please ensure everything is completed ahead of time to avoid delays.

Coaches - The PRELIM Schedule is up for the RHAA Memorial Day Tournament. We like to be early when possible. :)
Roster links were sent to all of you. ROSTERS on the EXPOSURE ALL are REQUIRED this year.
Coaches - A payment reminder was just sent to everyone. A $100 deposit or FULL payment is due at this time.
Full payment is due 60 days before the event or when we sell out and have teams on the waitlist.
