Thank you for your patience as the HS state playoffs has caused a tremendous amount of scramble. We have been at it non-stop since Saturday evening making adjustments based on teams that need to pull out, fields that opened up and fields that were taken away! Schedules are final and will not change barring something we did not anticipate (like a team dropping).

Everyone should check their game schedules one final time to make sure they have them 100% accurate. Thanks again, and good luck to all teams competing in this great event!

Just a reminder for all fields that have the following in the field name on the schedule:

Turf = no spikes or seeds/shelled food. No spitting in cups. Not allowed in stands.
Turf Mound = no spikes for pitcher
Turf/Dirt Mound = spikes for pitcher ONLY

All 8-14u games will be played with Portable Mounds except for Wilburton. Wilburton has dirt mounds.

Failure for players or fans to abide by facility rules will result in an automatic coach and player ejection without warning. This has continued to be a massive point of emphasis from school districts and municipalities. There is Zero Tolerance for seeds and spikes at turf facilities.

Hi everyone,
A couple things this morning as we continue to get ready for the Art Wright Memorial Day tournament.

Zoom Meeting - Monday 5/19
We will be hosting a Zoom coaches meeting on Monday, 5/19 at 7:00 PM. A link for the meeting will go out later this week. We will cover everything about the tournament including contacts by division, game ball delivery plan, GameChanger process, etc. Please plan to have at least one coach from your team in attendance.

I have attached a PDF with links to join the Art Wright Tournament on GameChanger. Please follow the link associated with the division your team is participating in - this will help the process of getting all teams loaded into GameChanger which will allow us to import the event schedules.

High School Teams in State
For the high school age teams, please communicate with us (Derek, Arlo, & Kelly) if you will not be able to field a team during the Art Wright due to high school baseball commitments. Everyone should know their team's status by Saturday night at the latest, but many teams have already qualified or will qualify this week for the WIAA State tournament. The sooner the better to allow us to make the necessary adjustments to the tournament schedule.

The schedule for the Memorial Day tournament has been posted. Here are a couple notes...

With HS baseball still in season, there will almost certainly be some changes to scheduling based on who is in and or out of the playoffs. This could affect two things, 1) which teams 15-18u are in the event and 2) which fields we will have access to and if that will change at all.

If there are changes, we will make them nominal. We will send out more details regarding location specifics and event details as we get closer to the tournament!

In an effort to get these schedules out to you the teams, as well as the parks and umpires we have begun scheduling games for all age groups.

Here are the immediate needs:
1. COACHES - Evaluate what competitive division you have been placed in (example, AA, AAA, or Major). If your division does not accurately reflect your current position, COACHES ONLY please notify matt.creaser@toptiersports.net for all divisions 8u - 13u and arlo.evasick@toptiersports.net for all divisions 14u - 18u.
If you are placed appropriately, no need to respond.

2. All unpaid teams will not be scheduled. Final call for payments!

3. Rosters and Waivers completed on Exposure

Stay tuned for more updates on schedule release, game changer, and other info related to the event.
