Art Wright Memorial Day Venues

Hi everyone,
A couple things this morning as we continue to get ready for the Art Wright Memorial Day tournament.

Zoom Meeting - Monday 5/19
We will be hosting a Zoom coaches meeting on Monday, 5/19 at 7:00 PM. A link for the meeting will go out later this week. We will cover everything about the tournament including contacts by division, game ball delivery plan, GameChanger process, etc. Please plan to have at least one coach from your team in attendance.

GameChanger Tournament Links
I have attached a PDF with links to join the Art Wright Tournament on GameChanger. Please follow the link associated with the division your team is participating in - this will help the process of getting all teams loaded into GameChanger which will allow us to import the event schedules.

High School Teams in State
For the high school age teams, please communicate with us (Derek, Arlo, & Kelly) if you will not be able to field a team during the Art Wright due to high school baseball commitments. Everyone should know their team's status by Saturday night at the latest, but many teams have already qualified or will qualify this week for the WIAA State tournament. The sooner the better to allow us to make the necessary adjustments to the tournament schedule.

The schedule for the Memorial Day tournament has been posted. Here are a couple notes...

With HS baseball still in season, there will almost certainly be some changes to scheduling based on who is in and or out of the playoffs. This could affect two things, 1) which teams 15-18u are in the event and 2) which fields we will have access to and if that will change at all.

If there are changes, we will make them nominal. We will send out more details regarding location specifics and event details as we get closer to the tournament!

In an effort to get these schedules out to you the teams, as well as the parks and umpires we have begun scheduling games for all age groups.

Here are the immediate needs:
1. COACHES - Evaluate what competitive division you have been placed in (example, AA, AAA, or Major). If your division does not accurately reflect your current position, COACHES ONLY please notify matt.creaser@toptiersports.net for all divisions 8u - 13u and arlo.evasick@toptiersports.net for all divisions 14u - 18u.
If you are placed appropriately, no need to respond.

2. All unpaid teams will not be scheduled. Final call for payments!

3. Rosters and Waivers completed on Exposure

Stay tuned for more updates on schedule release, game changer, and other info related to the event.

Reminder that all unpaid teams will not be scheduled for the Art Wright Memorial Day Tournament. Scheduling begins tomorrow and payment cutoff is End Of Day TODAY and your spot will be given to teams on the waitlist.
