All Championship games - Winners and Runnewrs up - Please make your way to the Main Championship tent in front of the Main Concession stand for your awards ceremony after your game. Players, Coaches and Parents.

Concessions will be open all day.
Kona Ice, Toms Coffee , Game Day Sports and Match Play (Apparel) will be on site this morning.

Coaches I'm working through all the games that were in progress to try to complete those games. We are working to get everybody 2 games. It is still raining on the complex. We will not run games before 4 PM. I am calling each team. We will try to get a round of games in today. If not, we will work a round of games at 8 AM tomorrow. Next update 3 PM

If your team has completed two games, you are done for pool play and we will seed for Sunday. If you have played two games you are welcome to leave and you will not play again today

We are working on a plan right now and will communicate at 2 o'clock. we're waiting to see what the weather is going to do and if we can get the fields playable to try to get everybody two games. I will send out a message at 2 PM

We are delayed until 1245 due to the recent thunder

It looks like we may get some rain this afternoon. We have tarps and field dry for all the fields and our fields can take a lot of rain.

Our goal is to play all the games in even if we have to push some starts back. If rain does happen Please follow instructions and we will communicate through this app, but do not leave because we will start games as soon as the field is ready to go.

Concessions are OPEN. We have two stands. The main Stand with HOT FOOD is by Field 1 next to the Red Roof and the 2nd one is in the middle of the complex.

We have Game Day Sports (swag), Match Play (Apparel), Kona Ice and Toms Coffee trucks all together at the center of the complex by the small concession stand.

Please use the parking map on the app. Parking will become limited during the day. All shores and standing will be on the exposure app.

We look to give you the BEST Tournament experience this weekend. Please enjoy our complex.

-RHAA has a Zero Tolerance for Smoking, Drinking, abuse of officals, other fans, players or the Tournament staff - HEAD COACH will be responsible for their team and parents.

RHAA Tournaments – Roster and Insurance

Check in - Main Concession Stand BEFORE 1st GAME

All teams participating in the RHAA Tournaments must check in before their first game and hand in a copy of their insurance with RHAA listed as an additional Insurer AND a ROSTER form.

Teams must also hand in a copy of their roster for the tournament on the approved RHAA Roster Form. Must include First / last name, Player Number and Date of Birth.

· A player may not be on 2 rosters at the same time.
· A player not on the roster at the beginning of the tournament is not eligible. Any questions or issues please reach out to the Tournament Director.

A coach must be prepared to defend a roster question with the appropriate documentation if asked.

Coaches – I believe I've resolved all the major conflicts i was told about. Thank you to those who have worked with me to move games to work with House Leagues and out of town travel.

I will also look at Saturday to see if I can optimise it at all possible.

Please reach out and let me know if there's any other conflicts that I need to know about before I begin to lock the schedule. Please let me know by Tuesday night 4/30 if you have any major issues i need to be aware of.

Coaches - The UPDATED Draft RHAA Memorial Day schedule is out. I did my VERY best with all the hard conflitcs that I was told about.

We are hosting the schedule, games and communication on Exposure like we have done in the past. Please let me know by SUNDAY NIGHT 4/28 if you have any major issues with the schedule.

Our goal is host the BEST Tournament experiance in Rochester!
