General Information

Long Island Hot Stove Baseball in conjunction with Pro Game Sports is hosting the Tournament of the Islips for ages 7u - Varsity. In order to participate, your team must have insurance. A copy of your league-team insurance must be provided at time of registration. Teams will play a minimum of three games, with the opportunity for up to five. This format can play over the course of two or three days. In most cases where an event is listed over three days only a select few teams play night games on the first date listed - all other teams would begin the following morning Game Baseballs and Certified Umpires included TOURNAMENT DETAILS: Teams play a minimum of 3 games with an opportunity for up to 5 games Format will be posted with the schedule on the Tuesday before the tournament begins Playoff and Championship Games follow Pool Play Games free tournament bid for championship team 60� Games - One umpire for all games 75� & 90� Games 2 Umpires for all games Brand New Baseballs For Every Game No hidden fees FREE PARKING & SPECTATOR ENTRY No Friday games available upon request NEEDED FROM MANAGERS/COACHES: Online Roster to be inputted through LI Hot Stove Website which must include all coaches/players dates of birth and parent�s valid email address Required Registration Waiver form Insurance Certificate with "LI Hot Stove Baseball" listed as additionally insured Congratulations and Welcome to the 2nd Annual Tournament of the Islip�s! Winners of each age group will be invited to participate in a special Olympics-style baseball event at the Long Island Ducks' Fairfield Properties Ballpark in Central Islip on July 28th 2026. Events will include: Home Run Derby Team Throwing Relays Running Relays Each winning team will receive: 42 tickets for coaches, players and families to attend that night�s Ducks game � July 28th Access to post-game fireworks Championship rings, awarded during a pre-game, on-field ceremony Champion Event Day Schedule ?? Event Date: July 28th 2026 ?? Location: Fairfield Properties Ballpark, Central Islip ?? Entry Point: Left Field Picnic Area ?? Arrival Time: 4:15 PM ?? Tickets: Distributed after each age group�s championship game. All participants and family members must have tickets to enter. Timeline of Events: 4:15 PM � Arrival & Check-In 4:40 PM � Warm-ups (All players and coaches report to the 3rd base dugout) 4:50 PM � 5:50 PM � Olympic-Style Baseball Events 5:50 PM � Championship Ring Ceremony (on-field) Following the ceremony, players and coaches will return to their seats to enjoy the game and fireworks. ?? Coaches will pitch to their own teams during the Home Run Derby. On Field Rules � Only players and coaches of the team will be allowed on the field.
