EVOLVE SPORTS EVENTS – REFUND, CANCELLATION & WEATHER POLICY Effective Date: January 1, 2025 By registering for, participating in, or attending any event hosted by EVOLVE Sports Events (“EVOLVE”), all teams, coaches, players, parents, and participants acknowledge and agree to the following policies. All fees are presumed earned upon registration unless expressly stated otherwise. 1. Event Cancellation by EVOLVE EVOLVE reserves the sole right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify any event due to, but not limited to, weather conditions, field or facility issues, safety concerns, governmental restrictions, or insufficient registrations. If EVOLVE cancels an event prior to the start of play, teams may receive, at EVOLVE’s sole discretion: A credit toward another EVOLVE event within the same season, or A partial or full refund, if deemed appropriate EVOLVE is not responsible for any external expenses including, but not limited to, travel, lodging, meals, uniforms, or equipment. 2. Team Withdrawal / Cancellation by Participant All team withdrawals must be submitted in writing. Refunds and/or credits are determined solely by the date written notice is received by EVOLVE. 30 or more days prior to event start: • 75% credit only toward another EVOLVE event within the same season, OR • 50% cash refund 15–29 days prior to event start: • 50% credit only toward another EVOLVE event within the same season • No cash refunds 14–8 days prior to event start: • 25% credit only toward another EVOLVE event within the same season • No cash refunds 7 days prior to event start OR after schedule release (regardless of date): • No refund or credit All deposits, administrative fees, processing fees, sanctioning fees, and platform fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. 3. Exceptional Circumstances (Director Discretion) In rare and fully documented circumstances only, EVOLVE may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial credit not to exceed 50%, provided that: Written notice is received at least 72 hours prior to event start, and A verifiable extraordinary circumstance is submitted This is not guaranteed and is not a right. All decisions made by the Tournament Director are final. 4. Failure to Pay / On-Site Payment Violations Teams remain fully responsible for all registration fees regardless of payment method. Teams that withdraw, fail to appear, or fail to pay outstanding balances may: Be suspended from future EVOLVE events Be required to prepay in full for all future registrations Be denied scheduling or participation until balances are paid 5. No-Show Policy Teams that fail to appear for scheduled games or withdraw without notice: Forfeit all fees paid Receive no refund or credit May be barred from future EVOLVE events If reinstated, the team will be required to submit a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit no later than 45 days prior to the next event. 6. Weather / Rainout Policy EVOLVE reserves the right to modify schedules, game lengths, formats, locations, or brackets to complete events. 0 games played: • Credit only, amount determined by EVOLVE 1 game played: • No refund • Possible partial credit at EVOLVE’s discretion 2 or more games played: • No refund or credit Weather delays, shortened games, altered formats, or schedule changes do not constitute grounds for refund or credit. 7. Divisions, Scheduling & Event Modifications EVOLVE reserves the right to add, delete, merge, reclassify, or restructure divisions, schedules, and formats as necessary for competitive balance or operational reasons. If a division is canceled, teams may be offered: Placement into another division, or A season-restricted credit toward another EVOLVE event Refunds are not guaranteed, and deposits remain non-refundable. 8. Schedule Requests & Start Times Schedule requests are not guaranteed and must be submitted at registration. Games may begin as early as 8:00 AM and conclude as late as 11:00 PM Playoff and championship games may occur at any scheduled time Schedule conflicts, travel issues, roster issues, or coaching conflicts are not grounds for refunds or credits 9. NO REFUNDS AFTER SCHEDULE RELEASE OR EVENT START Once schedules are published or the event has begun: NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON This includes, but is not limited to, weather, injuries, forfeits, travel issues, roster issues, or coaching conflicts. 10. Season-Restricted Credit Policy (Strict) All credits issued by EVOLVE Sports Events are strictly limited to the same EVOLVE season in which the credit is earned. An EVOLVE season is defined as August 1 through July 31 Credits may only be applied to EVOLVE events occurring within that same season Credits expire automatically at the end of the season in which they are issued Credits may not be rolled over, extended, reinstated, transferred, or applied to any future season Credits have no cash value and may only be used by the originally registered team Unused credits are forfeited without exception By registering, teams expressly waive any claim to unused credits after the season in which the credit was issued. 11. Acceptance of Terms Registration, payment, or participation in any EVOLVE Sports Events tournament constitutes full acceptance of this policy. Failure to read or understand these terms does not exempt any participant from compliance. 12. Refund Policy

EVOLVE SPORTS EVENTS – REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY Effective Date: January 1, 2025 By registering for an event hosted by EVOLVE Sports Events (“EVOLVE”), all teams, coaches, and participants agree to the following refund and cancellation terms. These policies are designed to ensure fairness and operational efficiency for all events managed through the Exposure Events platform. 1. Event Cancellation by EVOLVE If an event is canceled by EVOLVE due to weather, facility issues, or lack of participating teams, teams will receive either: A full refund, or A 100% credit toward a future EVOLVE Sports Events tournament. Credits must be used within one calendar year from the date of issuance. 2. Team Withdrawal by Participant Refund eligibility is based on the timing of withdrawal prior to the tournament start date: 30 days or more before the event: 100% refund 15 days before the event: 75% refund or 100% credit toward a future EVOLVE event 10 days before the event: 50% refund or 100% credit 7 days or less before the event or after the schedule release: No refund 3. Exception Clause In limited circumstances, if a team withdraws within 72 hours of the event start date and provides a valid written explanation, a 50% credit toward a future event may be granted at the sole discretion of the Tournament Director. Teams that withdraw after the 72-hour window and planned to pay on-site may be deemed ineligible for future participation until the balance is paid in full. 4. No Show Policy Teams that fail to appear for scheduled games (“No Show”) forfeit all paid fees and may be restricted from entering future EVOLVE events. If permitted to return, such teams must submit a 50% non-refundable deposit at least 45 days prior to their next event. 5. Rainout Policy If weather affects event play: No games played: Full refund One game played: 50% refund or 60% credit Two or more games played: No refund or 30% credit Tournament Directors reserve the right to modify game formats, shorten games, or alter schedules to complete the event. These changes do not constitute grounds for refund. 6. Division Changes or Event Adjustments EVOLVE reserves the right to add, delete, merge, or reformat divisions based on registration numbers or competitive balance. If a division is canceled, teams may: Transfer to another available division, Receive a refund minus any deposit, or Transfer their balance to a future EVOLVE event (if at least five days prior to check-in). 7. Schedule Requests Schedule requests must be submitted at the time of registration using the official request form and no later than two weeks before the event. Requests made after this deadline are not guaranteed. Game times may range from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, including playoffs and championship rounds. 8. No Refunds After Schedule Release Once schedules are published or the event begins, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. 9. Spectator Waiver Agreement

EVOLVE SPORTS EVENTS – SPECTATOR WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY Effective Date: January 1, 2025 By attending or participating in any EVOLVE Sports Events (“EVOLVE”) tournament, game, or activity, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that attending or participating in youth sports events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks related to my attendance or participation and release EVOLVE, its owners, directors, staff, volunteers, affiliates, and facility partners from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or in connection with the event. 2. Conduct and Responsibility Coaches are fully responsible for the behavior of their players, parents, and spectators. Any misconduct — including, but not limited to, verbal abuse, physical confrontations, or disrespect toward umpires, officials, tournament staff, or other attendees — will result in immediate removal from the facility. EVOLVE maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, profanity, or unsportsmanlike conduct. 3. No Tolerance for Disrespect EVOLVE enforces a strict no-tolerance policy for any disrespectful or aggressive behavior toward umpires, officials, or tournament staff. Anyone exhibiting such behavior will be removed from the event immediately, and the responsible team or coach may face additional sanctions, including suspension from future events. 4. Cancellation Policy Teams must cancel prior to the official release of the event schedule to receive credit toward a future EVOLVE event. No refunds or credits will be provided once schedules have been distributed. 5. Compliance with Rules All spectators, coaches, and participants agree to follow the event rules, tournament guidelines, and all facility regulations. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund or future event eligibility. 6. Media Release By attending an EVOLVE event, I grant permission for EVOLVE Sports Events to photograph, film, or record me and to use my image, likeness, and/or voice for promotional purposes in print, digital, or broadcast media, without compensation or prior notice. 7. Acceptance of Terms By completing registration, submitting payment, or attending an EVOLVE event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms stated in this waiver and release. 8.
