Spectator Waiver Agreement

Spectator Waiver and Release of Liability By attending any Empire Sporting Events tournament or activity, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk: I understand that attending sports events involves inherent risks, including potential injury or property damage. I voluntarily assume these risks and release Empire Sporting Events, its staff, organizers, and affiliates from any liability. Coach Responsibility: Coaches are responsible for the behavior of their spectators and parents. Any misconduct, including disrespect towards umpires, will result in immediate removal from the facility. Coaches will be held accountable for the actions of their team’s supporters. No Tolerance for Disrespect: Empire Sporting Events enforces a strict no-tolerance policy for any disrespectful behavior towards umpires. Anyone exhibiting such behavior will be removed from the event, and the coach may face additional consequences. Cancellation Policy: Teams must cancel prior to the release of the event schedule to receive a credit toward a future tournament. No refunds or credits will be given after the schedule has been distributed. Adherence to Rules: I agree to follow all event rules and regulations set forth by Empire Sporting Events. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue. Media Consent: I consent to the use of my likeness in any media for promotional purposes related to the event. By completing the payment and attending the event, I agree to the terms outlined in this waiver

Refund Policy

RIVAL NEXT LEVEL SPORTS – REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY If you have paid your tournament entry fee and the tournament is canceled due to weather or lack of teams, you will receive a FULL refund or 100% credit toward a future event. A 100% refund will be issued if your team withdraws 30 days or more prior to the tournament start date. A 75% refund or 100% credit toward a future Rival Next Level Sports tournament will be issued if your team cancels 15 days prior to the tournament start date. A 50% refund or 100% credit will be granted if your team cancels 10 days prior to the start of the tournament. If a team withdraws 7 days or less before the event or after the schedule has been released, no refund will be issued. Exception Clause: In rare cases, if a team withdraws within 72 hours of the start date and provides a written explanation to the Tournament Director, a 50% credit toward a future event may be granted. This is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of the Director. If a team withdraws after the 72-hour window and planned to pay on-site, that team may, at the Tournament Director's discretion, be ineligible to participate in future Rival Next Level Sports events. If a team is a “No Show,” no refund will be provided and the team may be barred from future participation. If permitted to re-enter a future event, that team must submit a 50% non-refundable deposit at least 45 days prior to the tournament start date. RAINOUT REFUND POLICY If a team has played: NO games – FULL refund ONE game – HALF refund or 60% credit toward a future event TWO or more games – NO refund or 30% credit toward a future event It is the Team Manager's responsibility to contact the Tournament Director for rainout updates. Information will be posted on the event feed tab of the tournament page at www.rivalnextlevelsports.com. The Tournament Director is not responsible for contacting each individual team. In the event of rain, the Tournament Director reserves the right to modify the tournament format, shorten games, or adjust schedules in order to complete the event. DELETED DIVISIONS / BALANCE TRANSFERS Rival Next Level Sports reserves the right to add, delete, merge, or reformat divisions based on registration. Advance notice will be given when possible, but is not guaranteed. If a division is deleted: Teams may transfer to another division, Receive a refund minus their deposit, or Transfer the full balance to another Rival Next Level Sports tournament (if at least 5 days prior to event check-in). SCHEDULE REQUESTS & START TIME EXCEPTIONS Before registering, ensure your team is available all tournament days. Rival Next Level Sports cannot guarantee special start times unless approved in writing by the Tournament Director. Game times may range from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, including playoffs and championships. If your team’s approved schedule request affects the bracket and results in limited field availability, Rival will do its best to accommodate—but additional costs may apply, and your team is responsible for paying any difference. All schedule requests must be submitted using the official schedule request form at the time of registration, and no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. Requests submitted within 2 weeks are not guaranteed.
