COACHES – PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE YOUR EVENT
To compete in any Top 100 Tournaments event or Top 100 Sports Evaluation, every coach must complete the steps below. These requirements are in place to ensure a professional, organized, and first-class experience for your athletes, parents, and staff.

 
STEP 1: REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
All teams must create a Team Account to register for tournaments.

Entry Fees (2026 Season): Per-team entry fees vary by season and location.
What’s Included: 3–4 game minimum (weather permitting), game balls, umpire fees, awards, Tournament Central, and Vendor Village.
Secure Your Spot: Only full payment guarantees your team’s place in the tournament.

STEP 2: HOTEL POLICY – POWERED BY SAREC SPORTS TRAVEL
All 2026 Top 100 Tournaments are Stay-to-Play events.

Teams traveling from 75+ miles are required to book a minimum of one overnight stay.
Hotel reservations must be made through our official partner, SARec Sports Travel, in order to be scheduled.
SARec Sports Travel will handle all accommodations to ensure the best available rates and locations for your team.

STEP 3: REQUIRED TEAM ROSTER
A completed Team Roster must be submitted through this website no later than two weeks prior to your tournament. Final adjustments can be made at on-site check-in.

 
STEP 4: SCHEDULING & GAME PLAY
Teams must be prepared to play during all time slots beginning on the first day of the tournament.
Events may use multiple sites, but divisions are grouped into age-based pods to maximize competitive balance and minimize travel between venues.
 
STEP 5: TEAM ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
Coaches must check in their team at least 60 minutes prior to the first scheduled game.
Check-in ensures rosters, paperwork, and event details are finalized before play begins.
