We look forward to hosting you and your team for the upcoming Mountain World Series.
We encourage teams to trade pins with other teams.

The players always enjoy trading pins, so we encourage everyone to participate. We typically have told teams to get about 15 pins per player.

To order Mountain World Series t-shirts, click the below link. Please review the information on the link and place your order prior to the 21st of May. There is a minimum order of at least 7 jerseys so please coordinate with your families.
These are moisture management jerseys with the logo on the front, and all of the teams listed on the back of the jersey.

TOURNAMENT LOCATIONS
- Yonah Preserve, Cleveland/Helen (8u & 13u)
TEAM ENTRY FEE CANCELLATION: TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, TEAMS MUST CANCELED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT. IF CANCELLATION IS WITHIN 30 DAYS, NO REFUND IS DUE BACK TO THE TEAM.
SOME AGE GROUPS WILL BEGIN PLAY ON FRIDAY MORNING. ALL SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR GAMES AS EARLY AS 9:30am ON FRIDAY.
No discounts of any kind are honored at the Mountain World Series.
SKILLS COMPETITION & PIN TRADING on FRIDAY NIGHT
Opening Night activities along with a great atmosphere!! We will host pin trading and skills competition with awards for each division and every category winners on Friday evening at Yonah Preserve. This event will begin at about 6:45pm on Friday night.
INDIVIDUAL GATE FEE (per day)
- $10.00 for adults
- $7.00 for adults 65+yrs
- $7.00 per child 10yrs and older
- under 10yrs is FREE.
FORMAT
3 pool play games into single elimination tournament.
Bracket play will begin either Saturday evening or Sunday, depending on how many teams participate.
AWARDS
WORLD SERIES RINGS for 1st and 2nd place teams in each age group.
SCHEDULING REQUESTS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME
Southern Sports Promotions makes every effort to accommodate a team’s scheduling request. Sometimes requests cannot be honored but we do consider ALL requests.
IF THIS EVENT IS COMPLETELY CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER, OR A TEAM ONLY PLAYS 1, 2 OR 3 GAMES, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO THE EXPENSE OF HOSTING THIS OUT OF TOWN EVENT.
