Article 7 Payment obligations 7.1 The Participant owes the event Costs specified in the Specific Event Terms and any other amounts specified in the Specific Event Terms. All amounts owed will be increased 7 days prior to the event start date. Participants run the risk of being eliminated from the specified event without notice and/or will incur a late fee for any payment that has not yet been received. Payment is to be received no more than ten days prior to the stated event start date. Once this registration is completed the financial obligation is mandatory, unless a written request is sent to Empire Sporting Events and received 10 days prior to the event start date. 7.2 If the Participant considers that he does not owe all or part of an invoice/ event fee, he should inform Empire Sporting Events in writing or by email, giving reasons, ten days prior to the event start date, failing to do so removes any right to the reduction of the invoice or event amount and will lapse. 7.3 Empire Sporting Events is entitled to set off payments made by a Participant, first of all against any outstanding debts owed to Empire Sporting Events. If participants knowingly participated in a specified event without submitting payment prior to the event start date, Empire Sporting Events will take legal action to ensure payment for event participation is received as well as any additional expenses incurred in regards to participants' non-payment. 7.4 Participant(s) are then responsible for any and all legal fees that may be related to event nonpayment. Once registration is complete participant(s) it is legally binding and participant(s) are required to pay any fees associated with the event, including late fees for late payment, legal fees associated with nonpayment and any additional fees associated with participants' nonpayment. Article 8 Applicable by law these terms and conditions are covered by the laws of the state of Nevada Article 9 Severe ability is there any time any of these provisions set forth in these terms and conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid other applicable laws, those provisions will be damn void, and will be removed from these terms and conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal. In the rest of these terms and conditions will still be considered valid. Article 10 Changes these terms and conditions may be emitted from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and reflect any changes to the way we operate or site in the way we expect users to behave on our site. Refund Policy

REFUND & CANCELATION POLICY: -If you have paid your tournament entry fee and the tournament is canceled due to weather or lack of teams, you will receive a FULL refund or 100% future event credit. -100% refund will be given if you pull a team out 30 days prior to the tournament start date. -75% refund or 100% credit towards future Empire Sporting Events tournament if you cancel a team`15 days prior to the tournament start date -50% refund or 100 credit towards future Empire Sporting Events tournament if you cancel a team`10 days prior to the tournament start date If you pull out of the tournament 7 days or less prior to the start of the event or if you cancel once the schedule has been posted and given to the Umpires you will receive NO refund. *** In rare cases within 72 hours of the start date with a written explanation to the director of why you are not able to attend, you may be granted a 50% credit toward a future event. This is not always guaranteed it's up to directors discretion. -If you pull out of the tournament after the 72 hours window has expired and planned to pay on site at the event. That team, under the discretion of the Tournament Director, may be ineligible to play in Empire Sporting Events Tournaments in the future. -If your team is a “NO SHOW” you will receive NO refund and may not be able to participate in future Empire Sporting Events Tournaments. If you are allowed to play one of our tournaments again there is a mandatory 50% non-refundable deposit 45 days prior to the tournament start date. RAINOUT REFUND POLICY: If a TEAM has played: NO games – FULL REFUND ONE game – HALF REFUND or 60% credit toward future Tournament TWO games or more – NO REFUND or 30% credit toward future Tournament It is the team Managers responsibility to contact the tournament director for rain out information. Information should be posted on the events feed tab of the tournament page on the Empire Sporting Events website (www.Empire702.com). The tournament director cannot be expected to contact each team if a tournament is rained out. In case of rain the tournament director has the right to modify or amend the tournament in order to finish the event. *Deleted Divisions Refund and Transfer of Balances* Empire Sporting Events reserves the right to add, delete, merge or create divisions or divisional formats based on the number of teams entered at any time before the tournament, and will give every effort to give teams advance notice, however Empire Sporting Events may not be able to do so. If a team planned to enter a deleted division, that team may play in another division or receive a refund minus your deposit, or transfer the entire balance to another Empire Sporting Events Tournament, provided it is at least 5 days prior to check-in. *Special Start Requests* Before entering an Empire Sporting Events tournament, make sure your team has no other conflicts on listed tournament dates. Empire Sporting Events cannot accommodate any special game time requests unless specifically approved by the Tournament Director! Teams need to be prepared to play at *8:00am* until 11pm throughout the tournament including playoffs and championship games. If you have a schedule request and it is granted, then it is possible your team may not have a field slot available to play in due to the request. Since fields are prepaid for, if the schedule is released and you ask for a different time slot to play in, Empire Sporting Events will do their best to accommodate all requests. But if the requests require additional costs then your team will be financially responsible for the additional cost for the time slot that will be needed to fill your request. Schedule requests must be submitted in writing utilizing our online schedule request form when registering . Schedule requests must be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to the start of the tournament. Any schedule request within 2 weeks will be considered, but we may not be able to accommodate.

Spectator Waiver Agreement

Spectator Waiver and Release of Liability By attending any Empire Sporting Events tournament or activity, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk: I understand that attending sports events involves inherent risks, including potential injury or property damage. I voluntarily assume these risks and release Empire Sporting Events, its staff, organizers, and affiliates from any liability. Coach Responsibility: Coaches are responsible for the behavior of their spectators and parents. Any misconduct, including disrespect towards umpires, will result in immediate removal from the facility. Coaches will be held accountable for the actions of their team’s supporters. No Tolerance for Disrespect: Empire Sporting Events enforces a strict no-tolerance policy for any disrespectful behavior towards umpires. Anyone exhibiting such behavior will be removed from the event, and the coach may face additional consequences. Cancellation Policy: Teams must cancel prior to the release of the event schedule to receive a credit toward a future tournament. No refunds or credits will be given after the schedule has been distributed. Adherence to Rules: I agree to follow all event rules and regulations set forth by Empire Sporting Events. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue. Media Consent: I consent to the use of my likeness in any media for promotional purposes related to the event. By completing the payment and attending the event, I agree to the terms outlined in this waiver
