ALL TEAMS, PLEASE READ.... The only way to secure a spot in a Southern Sports event is to complete the registration form and make full payment....no exceptions. All teams must complete the registration form. If sending payment, that payment must be received at Southern Sports within 5 business days after completing the registration form. If not, your slot could be given to another team who has registered and paid for the event. If you register for the event within 7 days of the start date, payment is due immediately to confirm your slot in the event. Southern Sports Promotions will take photos and/or videos of the players, coaches and fans at baseball tournaments. By agreeing, you confirm that you have the approval from all of your parents to have such photos taken or agree to inform the onsite tournament director prior to play that you do not want photos or videos taken of your team. These photos/videos will be used on SouthernSportsPromotions.com, social media, in newsletters and other spots to promote Southern Sports' baseball tournaments.

Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you communicate 45 days before the tournament start date, a full refund will be given. If you communicate 30 to 45 days before, 50 percent of your fee will be returned. If you communicate 29 or fewer days before, no refund will be given. Online payment service charges are non-refundable. WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: There is a chance this tournament could be rained out. Please be aware that $200.00 of the entry fee is non-refundable to cover existing costs if the tournament is cancelled due to inclement weather. Online payment service charges are non-refundable. REFUND POLICY: There will be a $200.00 administration fee charged for complete rain outs; 1 game started = 50% of entry fee; 2 or more games started = no refund.
