General Information

COLLEGE SHOWCASE/CAMP:
All teams will play a minimum of 3 games--1 Friday (as early as 11am), 1 Saturday, and at least 1 Sunday (possibly 2)
**Championship Team will be awarded a Banner (No individual Awards)
**All participants will get a Campus Tour with the CBC Coaching Staff
***This is a WOOD BAT event***

ENTRY FEE:
$1,195

*Baseballs will be provided
*Entry fees do not include transaction and/or registration fees

FORMAT: All teams will play a minimum of 3 games--1 Friday (as early as 11am), 1 Saturday, and at least 1 Sunday (possibly 2)
***All games will be played 7 Innings or 2 hours (No New Inning)
***Standard WCP Game Rules will apply to this event

ENTRY DEADLINE: 2 weeks prior to event (or when sold out)

SCHEDULES AVAILABLE: No later than 5pm on Tuesday before the event

GATE FEES: NO GATE FEES at this event

LODGING PROGRAM:
All WCP events operate under a "Stay to Play" program, please book all lodging through Event Connect via the lodging link on each tournament website.

We are very flexible with this program, so if you are interested in opting out please let us know and we can discuss.

***LODGING BUYOUT*** - If your team would like to opt out of the Stay to Play program, you can request to do so by emailing rob.weir@wcptournaments.com. This will carry a $350 Surcharge that will be added to your team's invoice.
