Terms And Conditions

Teams and players are expected to show good sportsmanship at all times and be respectable to all the facilities they attend. Teams should arrive early and coaches are expected to meet prior to games with umpires to clearly understand the rules and regulations. Rules are guidelines may be altered if agreed upon by both teams, umpire and on site director if in best interest of players and the game of baseball.

All patrons and athletes understand that their image and likeness may be used to either promote themselves to colleges and professional teams as well as to market the events or future events.

Refund Policy

Zero games played, 75% of entry fee is credited for future Showcase Series event in same calendar year One game played, 50% of entry fee is credited for future Showcase Series event in same calendar year Two or more games played is considered a full tournament *Teams that pull out within 2 weeks of an event will not receive any refund or credit. If rain occurs prior to 2 games being played, Showcase Series will issue credit for games not played to future Showcase Series Events. Deposits for events are not transferrable or refundable.
