ALL TEAMS, PLEASE READ.... The only way to secure a spot in a Southern Sports event is to complete the registration form and make full payment....no exceptions.

Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you communicate 15 days before the tournament start date, a full refund will be given. If you communicate 10 to 14 days before, 50 percent of your fee will be returned. If you communicate 9 or fewer days before, no refund will be given. Online payment service charges are non-refundable. WEATHER CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY: There will be a $100.00 administration fee charged for complete rain outs; 1 game started = 50% of entry fee refunded; 2+ games started = no refund. Online payment service charges are non-refundable.
