I realized I forgot to attach the roster template.

I am attaching a template to import your roster. Please input in the same format and return to me at matjebrandon@gmail.com this week if possible. I will import into the Exposure Baseball App. For the day of the tournament, Please come with a coaches binder including printouts of 1. This same roster, 2. Birth certificates for each player (please highlight DoB), 3. Copy of your team insurance.

Hello all,

Thank you for signing up for the Big Pine Showdown. We’re here to make it one of the more memorable tournaments your team attends!

We are nearly full. 12U is full. We need 1 more 13U, and 1 more 14U Team to make 8 in each of those divisions. We need 1 more 11U team for 6 in that division and 1 more 10U to make 4 in that division. If you have contacts for those ages groups, please either send my way or refer them to us!

One thing we are doing that is a bit different, is holding an Opening Ceremony on Friday September 25 from 430-630PM at the Aztec Baseball fields located at 950 N Aztec., Flagstaff, AZ 86001. We will have a band called the Pocket Limes there as well as food trucks. This event is BYOB. Please join us if you can.

Tournament play will begin on Saturday September 26 as early as 8AM and as late as potenially 8PM games (but hopefully 6PM). Sunday will begin at 8AM. There will be check-in tables at each site.

If your team has yet to pay for the tournament please get that in, you know who your are! I'll start chasing you down next week!

We are working on schedules but will not have final schedules issued until the Week of the tournament to ensure all teams entered are included in schedules.

Rules will be very close to USSSA.

I have your teams all registered for the Big Pine Showdown! We have 22 teams now. Still would like to add to 9U, 10U and 13U. Send them my way if you have suggestions/contacts. We are working pre-orders for Swag.

Download the Exposure Baseball App if you haven't. We'll use it to manage the tournament.
