Get out of town to the Northwest's #1 Vacation Destination while your team competes in one of the year's most competitive events!! ***WCP Tournaments partners up with the 5 local Bend High School baseball programs for this event! Local programs assist with field care, site supervision, and game officials (student athletes). This partnership brings more than $50,000 in donations to the local Bend High School baseball programs and allows student/athletes the opportunity to be a part of the baseball community!!!

General Information

4 GAME GUARANTEE: 
Divisions will be pre-segmented into Majors and AAA (and possibly AA/A)
**If not at least 6 teams in a segmented division, we will combo for pool play
**Only Championship Bracket will receive Awards Packages (no Silver or Consolation brackets)
(Premium Team 1st Place, Premium Team 2nd Place, Premium Individual 1st Place awards, Premium Individual 2nd place awards)

LOCATION: Games for this tournament will be played primarily in Bend, but there WILL be venues in Redmond and Sisters as well.

GAME TIMES:
**11u–13u Divisions: Teams should be prepared to begin play as early as 3:00 PM on Friday, May 28.
**9u, 10u & 14u Divisions: Teams should be prepared to begin play as early as 8:00 AM on Saturday, May 29.

All Divisions: Teams should plan to be available through 8:00 PM on Monday.

ENTRY FEE:
9u/10u: $1,200
11u/12u: $1,250
13u: $1,350 (13u Majors will play 60/90, AAA/AA will play 54/80)
14u: $1,350

*Baseballs will be provided
*Entry fees do not include transaction and/or registration fees

FORMAT: Most divisions will utilize a 16-team bracket format within each segment. Some divisions may instead play pool play on Saturday and Sunday, followed by a championship bracket on Monday, depending on the number of teams entered and field availability.

Tournament formats are subject to change based on division size, field availability, and scheduling needs.

ENTRY DEADLINE: To Keep your spot, payment is required by January 15th, 2027. This event is first come, first serve. Once we reach capacity in a division, PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED to continue to hold a spot in the event. This could be as early as October/November timeframe depending on the division.

**Teams not paid in full by January 15, 2027 will automatically be assessed a $100 Late Registration Fee. Payment in full must be received by February 1, 2027 or your team's spot will be forfeited to teams on the wait list.

SCHEDULES AVAILABLE: No later than 5pm on Tuesday before the event

GATE FEES: There are no gate fees at this event

LODGING PROGRAM:
All WCP events operate under a "Stay to Play" program, please book all lodging through Event Connect via the lodging link on each tournament website.

We are very flexible with this program, so if you are interested in opting out please let us know and we can discuss.

***LODGING BUYOUT*** - If your team would like to opt out of the Stay to Play program, you can request to do so by emailing drewr@wcptournaments.com. This will carry a $350 Surcharge that will be added to your team's invoice.
