Couple quick announcements:
1) There have been a couple minor venue changes. 13u is going to go to Steven J. Underwood instead of Meadowdale. The fields are a little larger, the mounds are better and while it is 30 miles south of Lynnwood, we believe the overall experience will be better.
12u AA/AAA/Majors will now be at Meadowdale for the same reasons... Bigger fields, better mounds for 12u and more availability for the skills comps and overall expereince of the event. Originally was in Everett, this is a 9 mile move north.
2) We have plenty of people who have offered to coach so we are working through coaching requests now and should get teams / schedules out to everyone sometime the week of July 14th. This will include the skills competition schedules as well. We will allow as many kids to participate that want to. Skills comps are: HR Derby (front toss) 1 minute - top 3 to playoff, base race - best time around the bases - top 3 to playoff, Team Around the Horn - 9 players, Pitcher to Catcher to 3rd Base to 2nd Base to 1st Base to SS on 2nd Base to RF back to 2nd Base to CF to 3B to LF and then to HomeYOU WILL COMPETE IN THE TEAM AROUND THE HORN WITH YOUR ASG TEAM.
We do our best to balance a few things when creating teams... Keeping teammates with at least a couple of their friends but not half a team worth (part of this is about meeting new people), positional mix, and geographical location. Please do not send in requests for this, we will keep this stuff in mind as we are building out teams.
3) Players will all receive the following upon check in:
Hat (can be worn in games)
Commemerative T-Shirt (should not be worn in games, wear your team Jersey)

ASG Bag Tag
4) Team Storewhile there will be some stuff for sale on site, this will be extremely limited. The team store is completely drop ship and be received directly to your address. This store is open now through September 9th. Here is the link to order:

Thank you and this is just a reminder that at this point, no one will be guaranteed a refund if pulling out of this event. You can request it but we are turning people away daily who want to participate because we are full. If an injury occurs, please let us know.

We are in the final stretch of getting the All-State Games dialed in. We wanted to remind everyone that there will be 3 games played for all participants. Some teams will play 2 Saturday and 1 Sunday while others may play 1 Saturday and 2 Sunday. We will look too have the full schedule of events and rosters dialed in a around July 14th or so. Here is what we need from everyone who is registered: if you have any changes that need to be made to your registration, we need to know by Monday, June 29th. After this time we cannot guarantee the change. Additionally, if you are no longer able to participate and need a refund, we need to know by June 29th. After this, you will no longer be guaranteed a refund.

Description
We put together 6 teams at each age division 9u – 14u. We will have AA/AAA divisions and AAA/Majors divisions. These will be based on where your team competed this year as well as what is needed for each roster positionally. Each age division will consist of a team from a different region, Western WA – Central, Eastern Washington, Western WA – Northern & Western WA – Southern.

General Information
Registration for this event is now open for anyone who has made an All Tournament Team. Sites are as follows:
8U - 10U Games will be played at Sirius Sports Complex in North Bend, WA
11U - 12U Games will be played at Phil Johnson in Everett, WA
13U Games will be played at Meadowdale Athletic Complex in Lynnwood, WA
14u Games will be played at The RAC in Lacey, WA
Check in will be Saturday AM for all players. Upon check in, players will receive an All-State Games jersey, ASG Snap Back hat, ASG helmet sticker, an ASG arm sleeve and an All-State Games ring.
Players will participate in 3 total games and have the option to participate in as many skills competitions as they'd like! Homerun Derby, Road Runner & Knockout (golden glove). Schedules will be released about 1 week prior to the start of the event. All teams / players will play at least 3 games and have the option to participate in the skills competitions. Some teams will play 2 Saturday and 1 Sunday while others will play 1 Saturday and 2 Sunday. Skills competitions will happen on the day when teams are playing only 1 game. Schedules are TBD based on numbers.
*All skills competitions will be limited on space based on when a player registered. HR derby is 20 per age division. Road Runner is 40 per age division. Gold Glove is 20 per age division.
