Xtreme Heat Winter Invitational

Hey Coaches,

We have the fields preppared and ready for the weekend games! I have attached a list of reminders. Our games are going to be pushing up to the end of daylight and the Varsity light system ( it was struck by lightening last month) has not been repaired yet. We would like to start games early if possible should a run rule be applied to the game before your scheduled time. Umpires will check with coaches but please have your teams prepared to start eary. We do have the JV field set up with lights as a back up should the final game run late, but we would like to keep everything on the varsity field as the conditions, seating and facilities are nicer.

Standard USSSA 13u rules will be followed. Please report your line up changes and pitching changes to the umpire. We do not have event cards, so please bring a line up card for your roster. Run rules are in effect 15 after 3, 12 after 4, 8 after 5.

Use 901 E. Eason Ave, Buckeye Az 85326 to be routed directly to the field. The JV field will be open for warm ups but it is a decent walk, or you can park by the football field and then move over to the varsity field. You can also use the bullpen and batting cage areas which are located on both foul ball lines.
