General Information

$250 Deposit Due Upon Registration (non-refundable) //
Event Fee Due 10 Days Prior To Event (non-paid teams are pulled from event) 

REFUND POLICY:
Zero games played, 75% of entry fee is credited for future Showcase Series event in same calendar year 
One game played, 50% of entry fee is credited for future Showcase Series event in same calendar year  
Two or more games played is considered a full tournament 

*Teams that pull out within 2 weeks of an event will not receive any refund or credit
