Southern Sports has been hosting travel baseball tournaments for over 20 years throughout north Georgia. We offer top-notch facilities, well-organized events and a focus on sportsmanship! Promoting a competitive yet fun environment is our goal, and we have 20 years of experience making this happen every weekend for all of our teams!!

THIS EVENT IS A 3 GAME GUARANTEE.  ALL 1st AND 2nd PLACE PLAYERS WILL RECEIVE RINGS.

WE ALWAYS OFFER SINGLE A, A/AA & AA/AAA DIVISIONS.

WE OFFER “SINGLE A” DIVISIONS IN ALL OF OUR EVENTS AND WILL CONTINUALLY REVIEW ALL TEAMS TO CREATE THE MOST EVENLY COMPETITIVE EVENT FOR ALL TEAMS/DIVISIONS. 

TEAMS WILL CHOOSE DIVISION (at registration)
During registration, each team will select: Classification (Single A, AA, or AAA) AND division (Single A, A/AA OR AA/AAA)  they are requesting to compete in the event. MAJOR teams MUST play one age group above their own or play in a designated MAJOR division. Southern Sports reserves the right to change a team's division based on prior results.

THIS EVENT IS A 3-GAME GUARANTEE FORMAT - TWO SATURDAY POOL PLAY GAMES WITH A SINGLE ELIMINATION BRACKET ON SUNDAY.  WITH ENOUGH TEAMS, WE WILL SPLIT FURTHER INTO GOLD, SILVER, AND/OR BRONZE BRACKETS.

MULTIPLE NEW RING DESIGNS IN 2026 FOR 1st AND 2nd PLACE TEAMS.

TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT IN THIS EVENT
- All teams must pay in full to secure their team’s spot in this event.  
- Teams will have 5 days to make the entry fee payment.
- If it is within 7 days of the event, payment is due immediately.

TEAM or INDIVIDUAL GATE FEE
Determined by which park a team plays at for this event.  Teams will pay one of the two options below:
A) TEAM GATE FEE - $180.00 per team.
B) INDIVIDUAL GATE FEE (per day) - $10.00 for adults, $7.00 for seniors (65+yrs), $7.00 per child (10yrs and older), 9yrs and under is FREE.

SCHEDULING REQUESTS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME AND CONSIDERED
Scheduling requests must be sent to sspscheduling@gmail.com prior to Monday at 8pm.  Although communications may happen with tournament organizers via text, email or phone conversation, the request must be submitted to this email address.

FORMAT
We always try and divide teams into divisions that are representative of their playing level. This is typically SINGLE A, A/AA and/or AA/AAA divisions. Depending on the number of teams entered, priority will be placed on making the event the most evenly competitive tournament.  All teams will play two pool games, and then split into a Sunday single elimination championship bracket. With enough teams entered, division brackets can be separated further into gold, silver, and/or bronze Sunday brackets.

TEAMS CHOOSE DIVISION (at registration)
Each team will select their team's classification (Single A, AA, or AAA), and the division (Single A, A/AA OR AA/AAA) they are requesting to compete in for the event.  MAJOR teams are welcome in our events but MUST play one age group above their own, or play in their own designated MAJOR division.  Southern Sports reserves the right to change a team's division based on prior results.

IF THIS EVENT IS COMPLETELY CANCELED, TEAMS WILL RECEIVE A 50% CREDIT FOR A NEW FUTURE REGISTRATION. IF TEAMS PLAY ONLY 1 GAME, TEAMS WILL RECEIVE A $100 CREDIT FOR A FUTURE TOURNAMENT. IF ANY REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED, AN ADDITIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF $75.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE CREDIT REFERENCED ABOVE.

AFTER MARCH 29th, THERE ARE NO CANCELLATION REFUNDS ON ENTRY FEES, DUE TO THE COST OF THE EVENT, INCLUDING ORDERED JERSEYS.
