ALL TEAMS, PLEASE READ.... The only way to secure a spot in a Southern Sports event is to complete the registration form and make full payment....no exceptions. All teams must complete the registration form. If sending payment, that payment must be received at Southern Sports within 5 business days after completing the registration form. If not, your slot could be given to another team who has registered and paid for the event. If you register for the event within 7 days of the start date, payment is due immediately to confirm your slot in the event.

Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you communicate 15 days before the tournament start date, a full refund will be given. If you communicate 10 to 14 days before, 50 percent of your fee will be returned. If you communicate 9 or fewer days before, no refund will be given. Online payment service charges are non-refundable. WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: There is a chance this tournament could be cancelled due to the weather. Online payment service charges are non-refundable. REFUND POLICY: For a complete rainout, teams can receive full credit towards a new future registration. If a team elects to receive a refund instead, there will be a $100.00 administration fee charged. For partially played events, 1 event started = 50% of entry fee; 2 or more games started = no refund.
