2026 Essentia Health Legion Tournament

Essentia Health Legion Tournament Participants,

We have published the schedule in Exposure. For the tournament this year, we have 17 teams. All teams will play two “pool play” games on Friday. The top 8 teams will advance into bracket play for Saturday & Sunday at Young Field & Starion Field. Each of those teams will play two bracket games on Saturday and one on Sunday, totaling 5 games. The top 8 seeds will be determined by record, runs allowed, run differential, and runs scored, from there two pool play games. The initial pool play games and bracket play game times & field locations are set.

For the other 9 teams that do not advance into bracket play, we will try and play you against opponents that you have not played yet with similar pool seeding & records. You will play two games Saturday and one game on Sunday, except the 17th seed. All teams will get 5 total games, except for the 17th seed or the team with the worst record at the end of Saturday night. They will not have a game on Sunday.

For Saturday & Sunday the time, location, & opponent will be set the night before at the conclusion of the games. The game times for Saturday will be at 11:00, 1:30, 4:00 at Fargo Post 2, Kindred, or Casselton’s field. The game times for Sunday will be at 9:30 or 12:00 at Fargo Post 2 & Kindred’s field.
