First of all I would like to welcome you to the Kickoff Tournament. My name is Brad Henes, and I am the tournament director at the facility. You will find the rules in the documents section of the tournament website:

If you have not completed the waivers yet, no worries there is still time. If it is not recorded by your first game, you will not be able to play until it is received. A roster link was sent to all coach's to enter the information we need to send out those waivers.

I am here to help make your tournament more enjoyable and to answer all your questions. Please see the links below and the facility/game play rules in documents section. Coach's If there is an issue at the facility, please let me know and I will handle it. If a parent has an issue they are to go to the head coach and we will work together to resolve it.

Then find the KickOff Tournament under baseball....find your team and choose to follow it. That way any changes to schedules or news for the event you will get right away.

3. There is a gate fee for this event and it is $10/adult daily or $15/adult weekend and $7/senior/military daily or $10/senior/military weekend. We ask ALL adult visitors to prepay their gate fee (so please make sure to send to anyone planning on attending to make the process go smooth at the gate) you can do so here:

You will receive an email after purchase with a QR Code that you will show to our gate personnel to receive your wristbands. You can buy as many as you need and forward the code to anyone you are buying for like a grandparent or friend/relative. Once a ticket is redeemed it cannot be used again, but the code can be used again if multiple tickets are on there. There will be limited options at the gate and may take longer to do so please use the prebuy option.

4. The following items are prohibited from being brought in

o Weapons
o Outside food and beverages. Carts will be checked and any coolers will be asked to put back in vehicles so please do not bring any carry-in items in.
o Non-service animals
o Tobacco is prohibited anywhere inside the facility.
o Metal Cleats
o SEEDS OR GUM are not allowed anywhere in the facility. If found with these items on a field your team may be kicked out of the tournament so coach's and paerents please make sure this rule is followed. It will be strictly enforced.

5. We are a cashless facility so please be aware and make sure all guests are aware before attending.

6. There will be facility rules sent out before the event that must be adhered to by ALL attendees and participants.
