By registering for and participating in any Sanctuary Sports event, the team representative acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. Rules and Conduct
All teams agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the tournament director and hosting organization. Teams must submit accurate rosters prior to the start of the event. Unsportsmanlike conduct by players, coaches, or spectators may result in removal from the event without refund. The tournament director reserves the right to adjust schedules, game times, or locations as needed to ensure smooth operation of the event.
2. Liability Waiver
Participation in youth sports inherently carries a risk of injury. By registering, the team representative affirms that their organization, coaches, players, and spectators voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the tournament. Sanctuary Sports, its staff, and event facilities shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, or loss that occurs during the course of the event. Each team is responsible for ensuring its players have appropriate insurance coverage and medical clearance to participate.
3. Photography & Media Release
By attending and participating in Sanctuary Sports events, all players, coaches, and spectators consent to photography and video recording that may occur during the event. Sanctuary Sports reserves the right to use any such photographs, video, or likenesses for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials, without compensation to participants.
