WEATHER:
In the case of the weather/game issues that cause the tournament to get off schedule. Time limits may be altered for divisions or fields. This will only be used in an emergency situation in order to make sure the tournament concludes before dark.
If there is an elevated chance we experience short periods of bad weather this weekend. We will make every attempt to play every game on the schedule. Please know that we would use the tiebreaker formulas to seed championship games and/or announce winners, in the event we cannot play all pool or bracket play games.
Order of procedure on weather delays:
1. Postpone games until field conditions improve
2. Shorten time limits in order to play all scheduled games
3. Eliminate pool play games and advance to bracket games
4. Use tiebreaker formulas to play a championship game only
5. Cancel all games and use the tiebreaker formula to determine champion and runner up.
