3 GAME GUARANTEE:
Divisions will be OPEN
**Will split off into Gold/Silver/Bronze Bracket Play based on number of teams in the each division.
**Only Gold and Silver Divisions will receive Awards Packages
(Team 1st Place, Team 2nd Place, Individual 1st Place awards, no 2nd place Individual awards)
ALL AGE DIVISIONS SHOULD PREPARE TO PLAY GAMES ON THE EVENING OF JUNE 19TH
ENTRY FEE:
9u/10u: $695
11u/12u: $825
13u: $875
14u: $950
15u/16u/18u: $1025
*Baseballs will be provided
*Entry fees do not include transaction and/or registration fees
FORMAT: Pool Play Friday/Saturday, Playoffs Sunday
**ALL AGE DIVISIONS SHOULD PREPARE TO PLAY GAMES ON THE EVENING OF JUNE 19TH**
ENTRY DEADLINE: 2 weeks prior to event (or when sold out)
SCHEDULES AVAILABLE: No later than 5pm on Tuesday before the event
GATE FEES: There will be no gate fees at this event
LODGING PROGRAM:
All WCP events operate under a "Stay to Play" program, please book all lodging through Event Connect via the lodging link on each tournament website.
We are very flexible with this program, so if you are interested in opting out please let us know and we can discuss.
***LODGING BUYOUT*** - If your team would like to opt out of the Stay to Play program, you can request to do so by emailing drewr@wcptournaments.com. This will carry a $350 Surcharge that will be added to your team's invoice.
