It's woodbat tournament week! The weather looks great for the weekend.Here are a few reminders as you prepare to navigate the weekend.

1. Woodbats must be swung at all age levels.
2. Schedules underwent a few changes over the last day or so. Please make sure to check the Top Tier App for the most updated gametimes. The top tier app will always serve as primary communication tool. We will work quickly to get GC updates done asap.
3. Gamechanger schedules will be posting --- just waiting for the last couple teams to join.

Additional Points
a. Top Tier Sports Rules are linked above. This will address most rule questions including time limits, pitch counts, and other general rules.
b. Each location is equipped with tournament staff to help with problems. See those individuals first.
c. Umpires will handle disputes on the field. Judgement calls are theirs! If you feel a rule is being interpreted incorrectly, calmly call time and declare a protest using protest procedures outlined in rules.
d. Games played on turf fields will prohibit the use of metal spikes, sunflower seeds (and other shelled nuts), and chewing gum. Individuals in violation may be ejected as well as the head coach. Please support our relationships with field partners to help keep these locations clean and free of issues.
e. Alcohol is strictly prohibited at all fields. Top Tier Sports is committed to providing a positive and safe experience for all participants at our events. Alcohol has no place at a youth sporting event, and we will have zero tolerance if anyone is found to be consuming alcohol at any complex being used for a tournament. Failure to comply with these guidelines and/or comply with on-site tournament staff will result in the immediate removal from the complex, along with the consequences listed in the fan ejection policy above. Thank you in advance for your help with this policy.
f. Sportsmanship and Conduct.
Any player or coach ejection will result in a one-game suspension, to be served in the next tournament game. For all player ejections, the player should remain in the dugout,
For all coach ejections, the coach must leave the complex immediately and be out of sight from game officials. Failure to comply with this directive will result in forfeiture of the game.
Fan / Parent Ejections - Any fan or parent ejections will result in removal from the complex. The fan or parent in question will not be permitted back into the complex for the remainder of the tournament.
A second fan or parent ejection for the same team will result in the removal of ALL FANS for that given team. This fan restriction will remain in place for that team for the remainder of the current event

We are just over 3 weeks away of the Top Tier Wood Bat Classic June 18-21.

15u - 18u teams should be available to start Thursday evening.
8u - 14u teams should be available to start Friday

All divisions will be wood-bat only

Payment Deadline 6/1/2026
Unpaid teams will be removed and placed on the waitlist
