All - quick note on this weeks schedule, and I want to preface it with this is graduation week for a ton of schools so there have been some last minute adjustments that will require some flexibility:
ALL HS division schedules will remain the same, we are adjusting the 16u division based on field availability and some late field adds and drops - we do believe it will be a more convinient schedule. WIll have live in a few hours.
Youth (8-14u) there have been a ton of last minute division changes for teams to be more competitive. While we dont feel great about last minute changes, we will always priortize gertting teams the very best competitive games we can. Again, with these divisions, we will do our aboslute best to keep you as close to your originally scheduled games as possible.
In order to not confuse teams, we are going to take the schedule down for a few hours to work on all these adjustments.

Everyone else should be available Friday
Teams that are still unpaid by Friday, 29th may be moved to the waitlist and/or replaced so please solidify your entry with payment.

Description
Welcome to the Battle of the Bats. All Top Tier events focus on the overall experience with a heavy emphasis on competitive games. While registering, teams will self-recommend / evaluate a division to participate in and we will split each age group into what WE believe to be balance. The top division does not mean that you are a top team in the entire age group for all teams in the NW, it means that during this event, you are one of the top teams participating. If we do our job, everyone would go 2-2 with a 0 run differential. Competition is one of the biggest factors in growth and we will always do our best to make sure this is happening. Tournament Details
Game Guarantee: 4 games
Roster Rules: All players must be rostered/sign a waiver prior to the first pitch of an event. Any unrostered player will be removed for the duration of the event. Rostering Support Page - How to Roster
Game Changer: Teams are required to score in the game changer event that we create. You will received an invitaiton upon registration for an event. Game Changer Support Page
Baseballs: Provided by Top Tier Sports. Teams are expected to help return foul balls. We will not throw additional baseballs into a game if they are not being chased down.
Field Allocations: 15-18u will be played all over the Puget Sound (we generally try and schedule based on location). If traveling from out of town, please let us know where you are stayng. 8-14u locations will be set 2 months prior to the start of the event.

8U - 13U: BPF 1.15 (USSSA)
Tournament Start Dates / Formatting
15U - 18U: Teams will start either Thursday or Friday and play 3 pool games between Thursday and Saturday. Bracket / Consolation on Sunday. Depending on number of teams, might go 4 pool play between Thursday and Saturday with ONLY bracket play on Sunday, no conosolation games.
8U - 14U: Some teams will may start Friday night. Depending on number of teams, formatting may vary. If playing Friday night, you will have 3 pool play games between Friday and Saturday with brackets starting Sunday. If there are 16 teams, you will start Saturday with single elimination bracket being played out to the left and right. Or you may play 2 pool play Saturday and brackets with consolation game on Sunday.
Prizes & Awards
1st place teams in every division (Majors, AAA & AA) will receive a team and individual awards. 2nd place teams will receive individual awards. 1st place in silver brackets will receive individual awards as well.
All-Tournament Teams & Tournament MVPs
All tournament teams are selected by our staff based on how players performed at the event. It is vital that games are scored correctly within the Top Tier Game Changer event that is set up in order for a players stats to count. While we cannot guarantee representation from each team, this is something considered. Players who are selected for the All-Tournament teams will be invited to the All-State Games at the end of the season.
