Top Tier Cam Christian Memorial Lex Townsend

All - please take a look at revised schedules for 8-14u... Not everything was changed but there were some changes to get all games onto turf tomorrow. There were some locations moved based on field dimensions in order to do this... Here are some notable changes EVERYONE please check.

Sirius 4 moved to Lake Washington Fastpitch
Sirius 3 moved to Auburn Riverside Fastpitch

Marymoor 11-12u games moved to Sirius 3-4

Heritage Rec 1-4 and Sprinker Rec 5-6 were moved to Fife Fastpitch, Lincoln Fastpitch, Curtis Fastpitch Federal Way Fastpitch and Browns Point Elementary (these are all turf).

Wilburton was moved to Ravensdale 1&3 (please note that you will not be allowed to get onto the fields until 8am and games start at 830. This is non negotiable. These games will be played at 1hr. 40 min. no new inning. The evening games from Wilburton will be moved to Ravensdale as well. Lights will shut off at 10:15pm. Games are scheduled for 615 and 815pm and will also be played as 1hr. 40 min. no new inning.

13u games from marymoor dirt were moved to Marymoor 1 (all turf) and Jackson Roos (all turf) and these games are scheduled 2 hours apart and will be 1hr. 40 minutes no new inning. We cannot fall behind as the times we have the field are very strict.

We did our best to keep all gametimes the same but there may have been a few changes in this process. Apologies in advance if this messed with anyones schedule too much. Additionally, if something appears to be a glaring mistake, let us know as there are a ton of moving pieces!

All - The schedule for Cam Christian 8-18u has been released. Apologies for the State Championships email that went out last night, that was a mistake on our end trying to communicate with those teams.

If you are receiving this for any reason and should not be in the event, please let us know immediately. This is for the Cam Christian Memorial.

All –

You are currently registered for the State Championships. Registrations will close down Monday and we will begin allocating divisions to locations. Divisions will be split into the most competitive double elimination brackets based on rankings and qualified teams (1/2 in events) and not. Reminder that this is a full 3 day event for youth (8-14u) and 15-18u will start Thursday evening.

Knowing who is in and who is out is essential for making this work well and creating a truer state championship format. If you are unpaid by Monday, you will be moved to a waiting list and we will get in if we can. If we do not here back, you will be removed as we will just assume you are out. Once we have confirmation of who is in and who is out, we will have locations per bracket set and communicate to everyone. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!
