Top Tier Art Wright Memorial Tournament Venues

Hi everyone,
Update tonight for the Art Wright High School divisions...

Schedule Release
We have released the initial schedule for the high school divisions of the Art Wright Memorial Day tournament. You can find them on the Art Wright tournament website as well as the Top Tier Sports app. PLEASE NOTE - there is a strong possibility of your schedule changing based on teams dropping that cannot field a roster due to the WIAA High School State regionals. Please ensure that your families are aware that the schedules now are tentative.

REMINDER: Teams have until this Saturday (5/16) at midnight to drop from the tournament and receive a full credit or refund (less admin fee). Any drops after that will result in forfeiture of your tournament fees. If your team needs to withdraw, please email myself & Kelly Gau (copied here) by the deadline. We will be working Sunday on the schedule changes, with a goal of having the final schedule out to teams by the early afternoon of Monday, 5/18.

We were able to accommodate nearly all schedule requests that came in through the survey sent a couple weeks ago. If you have any unresolvable issues (not inconveniences, just conflicts that are unavoidable), please reply to Kelly & me with that information. We will make notes and attempt to make any adjustments on Sunday & Monday when we are adjusting the schedule due to team drops. We cannot promise that we will be able to accommodate those requests, but can do our best when looking at the other required changes.

GameChanger Links
As with all Top Tier Sports events, we will be using the GameChanger league and tournament module to schedule games, collect scores, and use the statistics for post-tournament honors. The links to join the Art Wright Memorial Day tournament are below - please ensure that you select the division that your team is participating in. We would like all teams to join by Thursday, May 14th, with the plan to upload division schedules to GameChanger once the tournament schedules are finalized early next week.

Mandatory Coaches Meeting - Tuesday, 5/19

The schedules for 8u - 14u have been released. We have been working on this for weeks and have been sending constant communications about divisions so at this point, it is a lock. The only potential for change is based on weather, which could cause us to make some tweaks. Otherwise, schedules and brackets are set and we will have more details out shortly!

For divisions 8u - 14u all teams have been split into competitive flights and the division name includes locations for play (through Sunday)
Ex: 9u AA (Everest / Lake Washington HS)
If an opportunity presents itself for Top Tier to upgrade an existing location (securing turf, for example) we reserve the right to potentially change that location.

For divisions 15u - 18u we will begin working on division splits and locations in the coming days.

Championship Monday Locations will be determined soon.

Upcoming dates to be aware of...
April 1st - Deadline for payment has passed. Unpaid teams will be moved to the waitlist until payment is received.
The size of this event as well as the amount of scheduling required we need to have committments solidified. Most divisions are sold out and waitlists are forming.

April 21st - Last day for youth teams to withdraw without penalty

May 17th - Last day for 15u-18u teams to pull out due to HS Playoffs only

May 20th - Rosters and Waivers due. No players may be added to the event after this date.
May 21st - Games begin (15u-18u)
