Following up, Sunday brackets are now LIVE on the Top Tier app and website for the revised St. Paddy's Day Bash. We will be out early checking fields and will let teams know if any further changes are necessary.

Hi everyone,
Two quick things as we have been getting quesitons on these topics since the revised schedules went out:

1) Our team is working on GameChanger schedule updates as we speak for the revised tournament. We hope to have them completed within the next couple of hours

2) Our main focus was on getting Saturday's schedule set for coaches to communicate with families. We will be working on Sunday's bracket play schedule tonight - those will be updated later; all teams will know prior to their games tomorrow what qualification for bracket play on Sunday looks like.

Thanks for your patience as we do our best with the circumstances to provide an opportunity for the kids to play this weekend.

This has been unprecedented in terms of cancelling on turf but we feel we have done the best we can with what was salvagable and who wanted to play. There are some field time constraints that led to a few shortened games but not a ton... Here they are:

Meadowdale games are all 1H 30M no new inning.

Puyallup Rec Center 13u Games are all 1hr. 45 min no new inning

Fife HS Baseball Field 14u games are all 1hr. 45 min no new inning

Peck 14u games are all 1 hr. 45 min no new inning

Hogan Park 14u games are all 1hr. 45 min no new inning.

Apologies for anyone who got moved around but thank you all for being quick on communication and flexible enough to make this work!

After a few days of scrambling in order to move everythign to turf we have got it done. There is very little chance we could have kept the games over the weekend on dirt and have it be playable. The weekend forecast is getting better by the hour so that is promising that we will get a weekend of baseball after a week of horrendous weather. We realize this may have jerked your team around a little bit or have you traveling a little farther than anticipated so for that we apologize but we have done our best to keep the boys playing ball! Please make sure to take a peak at the schedule for any changes that may have occured. The schedule will NOT change again. Thanks for your patience and happy to see you all out this weekend!

With the forecast this week (M - F) looking as bad as it is, we have made some pretty significant revisions to the Saturday schedules. Whiel not everyone was impacted, there have been a decent amount of changes to piece together a schedule utilizing 100% turf as the weekend actually looks pretty decent, especially on Saturday. We will get this update in game changer and you should not expect changes to your Saturday schedule moving forward. We will spend the rest of today and tomorrow taking inventory of what turf we can get and call in any favors we may have in order to get Sunday secured on turf as well! You can look for the Sunday schedule to be updated as early as tomorrow by 5pm. Thanks for your patience and understanding as it is never easy to navigate the spring weather in the PNW!

We have been looking ahead to the forecast next week and while we are aware there is a chance that it clears up, we have proactively begun trying to grab some additional turf here and there where we can in order to get the weekend games in and not let bad weather during the week limit playing games on the weekend!

We have already made a few adjustments and will continue attempting to adjust the remaining games on dirt. We will be working on this through the weekend and hopefully will be locked in by Monday evening or Tuesday afternoon at the latest. Please make sure to check the schedule and be on the lookout for schedule adjustments to be sent out.

The schedule for this event has been released! Please note that it is our full intention to release schedules early so families can plan accordingly! We will continue working on potential scenarios to move games to turf depending on inclement weather, otherwise we are good to go and are excited for the weeekend! Good luck to all particparting and please get all preliminary event tasks taken care of, thank you!

Please ensure your team has joined no later than Thursday, March 5th. Games schedules cannot be uploaded into GameChanger until all teams in that division have joined.

Coaches
We have begun scheduling Top Tier St. Paddy's Day Bash March 13-15.
We will be looking to potentially start some 13u and 14u games Friday night.
Please reach out if that is an issue.

In order to get teams on the best fields possible (and as much turf as possible), we need some help.

Please secure your entry with payment 30 days in advance. So all payments will be due 2/13/2026. Unpaid teams may get moved to the waitlist and/or replaced with teams seeking access.

Divisions have been preliminarily split to ensure competitive matchups. If you have issue with your placement, please inform us as soon as possible and we will move you. Initial splits were done based on how you registered your team.

Locations will begin showing up in your team division title in the very near future to plan for the weekend.
