Schedule In Saint Paddys Day Bash Divisions

Due to the amount of teams dropping, if you are staying in the event this weekend, your games have been moved into the teams from the Saint Paddy's Day Bash. The Sunday schedule will be updated and released shortly

What a way to kick off the baseball season! Just to make sure that everyone is on the same page, all Friday night games have been cancelled. We have sent a survey out to all coaches to let us know if they want to remain scheduled in the tournament this weekend. We have lost some facilities due to snow coverage and forecast. Our primary focus always has been and always will be the quality of play and the experience for the kids. With that being said, turf presents a ton of great opportunities to play games and also creates situations like this weekend where it is all over the place. We have sent all coaches the opportunity to drop the event and receive a full credit or 90% refund. For teams who remain in the tournament, we will need to reschedule and possibly change locations and times for Saturday based on what is available and who is in the tournament, still!



This is less than ideal but we are willing to work with everyone to provide them what they believe is best for their team – we realize this is different for everyone. Your coaches have until 2pm and we will attempt to have everything reshuffled, rescheduled and reformatted no later than 6pm this evening. Games should not start tomorrow morning until 10:00am in order to let the temperatures get warmer and any potential snow to melt and us to evaluate what the day is going to look like. Thanks for your patience and we will have a plan soon.

Top Tier King of the NW games for Friday have all been cancelled.

We are determining the playability of the rest of the weekend and will communicate with teams later this morning.

We are very aware of the weather happening and what is in the forecast for tonight. While the weekend looks a little chilly, the weather seems much better than tonight. We have attempted to make this event a special format but without games tonight, we would need to change from a double elimination format. We dont anticipate the weather to change before tonight, however, we will wait until 10am to make a final call on tonights' games. We will always attempt to error on the side of the health and safety of the kids - although turf can save a ton of games and make it better for baseball in the PNW, situations like this can make it tough. Please be on the lookout for an update for tonights games by 10:00am. If we cancel tonight, please look for a reschedule of the weekends' games around 1-2pm. We will keep locations the same and attempt to maintain some sort of unique formatting if time and space allows for it.

The schedules may have been adjusted slightly due to some weather and adjustments we needed to make. Please take a look and confirm your schedules for any slight adjustments that may have been made. One change to note, 13u Saturday will be hosted at Sehmel Park in Gig Harbor rather than Fort Steilacoom Park in Lakewood. These are near each other but there were some scheduling conflicts with the city of Lakewood for Saturday. Good luck to all teams competiting in this event and we are thrilled to have you with us!

In the event you have a home field that you believe may be a better location for your Friday night game and would like to move it to here, please let me know and we can work with both teams & umpires to make it work.
