Entry
Enter through Hub City Group on the South End of the Facility
No gate fees - everyone is free to enter!
No cleats (molded and metal prohibited) - sneakers or turfs only
No outside food or drinks --- this includes your morning coffee & to go lunches

Warm Up
Coaches check in at arrival for help on securing a space
Limited catch play etc
No fungos / ground balls on basketball court
Utilized Batting Cage Schedule (on app under messages) for a hitting time
Weather will be relatively dry tomorrow, so warming up outside also allowed

Rules
Will be posted at tournament and on the app under messages
Ask staff for clarity

Homeruns
There is a homerun line for 10u and another line for 11u/12u.
Santa did leave something for players who hit a homerun...

Scoring on Gamechanger
Please use the game that was created by Top Tier in your GC. You will have the opportunity to edit the home/away team once you activate the game for scoring.

Gameplay
(2) umpires have been scheduled for each game. They will bring out gameballs and work with coaches to determine home/away.

A Batting Cage Schedule is attached for additional warmup opportunities.

The facility has two cages that we rent as part of the tournament. They are located upstairs in the facility.
Each team is assigned a 15 minute hitting window withing 60 minutes of their scheduled start time.
This time is optional and you are not required to use it.
Essentially...
teams that are on field 1 are hitting from 60 minutes to 45 minutes pregame
teams that are on field 2 are hitting from 40 minutes to 25 minutes pregame
teams that are on field 3 are hitting from 20 minutes to 5 minutes pregame

There is also a lot of open hitting times that is free to utilize.

Good morning everyone,
Two quick reminders for Santa Slam today...

1) There were sunflower seed shells found in one of the dugouts yesterday. Please remind your players and coaches that there is no gum or sunflower seeds allowed at the Hub

2) Stealth batting gloves have a booth setup near the Top Tier tents. Stop by and check them out!
