ENTRY FEES
8uCP - $200.00 per team
8uKP -$225.00 per team
9u-12u - $250.00 per team
13u - $280.00 per team
14u - $295.00 per team

TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT IN THIS EVENT
All teams must pay in full to secure their spot in this event.  There are no exception to this guideline for the fall 2025 season.

TEAM & INDIVIDUAL GATE FEE
- If your team plays at a Gwinnett County park, a team gate fee must be paid by Thursday before the tournament begins.
- If your team plays at any other park location, individual gate fees will be collected as spectators enter the baseball complex.

FORMAT
We always try and divide teams into divisions that are representative of their playing level. This is typically SINGLE A, A/AA and/or AA/AAA divisions. Depending on the number of teams entered, priority will be placed on making the event the most competitive tournament.  All teams will play two pool games, and then the #1 and #2 seeds will play for the championship. If a division has 10 or more teams, the #3 and #4 teams will play a consolation game.

TEAMS CHOOSE DIVISION (at registration)
Each team will select their team's classification on (Single A, AA, or AAA), and division. MAJOR teams are welcome in our events but MUST play one age group above their own or play in their own designated MAJOR division.  

AWARDS 
AWARDS for 1st and 2nd place teams in each division.

SCHEDULING REQUESTS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME
Southern Sports Promotions makes every effort to accommodate a team’s scheduling request.  Sometimes requests cannot be honored but we do consider ALL requests.  Add your request to the registration form or email requests to sspscheduling@gmail.com before the Monday prior to the event. Those requests must be received no later than 9pm.

IF THIS EVENT IS COMPLETELY CANCELED, TEAMS WILL RECEIVE A FULL CREDIT FOR A NEW FUTURE REGISTRATION.  IF ANY REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED, AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF $100.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED.
