Welcome to the 2025 Bluegrass Bash Home Run Derby presented by D-BAT Lexington! Prepaid reservations are available but NOT required to participate. Online reservation sale ends July 24, 10:00pm. Onsite ticket sales end July 25, 9:00pm.

General Information
Bluegrass Little League and Rangers Baseball Club are pleased to announce the inaugural Bluegrass Bash Home Run Derby presented by D-BAT Lexington. Come swing for the fences at this exciting event hosted at Cardinal Run Park in Lexington, KY. Proceeds benefit Bluegrass LL and Rangers Baseball Club.
Event Details
* Divisions are based on participant’s age as July 25, 2025.
* All bats must meet USSSA, USABat, or BBCOR standards. Wood bats are permitted in all age divisions.
o Age 7 thru Age 12 Divisions USSSA, USABat, or BBCOR
o Teen Divisions (13-14 & 15-17) Must use BBCOR bat (-3)
o Adult Division (18+) Must use wood bat
* Batted balls clearing the following distances in the air count as Home Runs:
o Age 7 Outfield grass at ~85-110’
o Age 8 Outfield grass at ~85-110’
o Age 9 Fence distance at ~125’
o Age 10 Fence distance at ~145’
o Age 11 Fence distance at ~180’
o Age 12 Fence distance at ~200’
o Age 13-14 Fence distance at ~200’ (BBCOR)
o Age 15-17 Fence distance at ~200’ (BBCOR)
o Adult (18+) Fence distance at ~200’ (Wood)
* Participants will have 3 minutes -OR- 30 pitches, whichever comes first.
* No warm-up pitches or swings are permitted. Batting cages are available for warmup.
* Participants will use their own pitcher.
* Prizes will be awarded for 1st & 2nd place in each division.
* Prepaid reservations are available but NOT required (non-refundable).
