8u, 9u, 10u, 11u, 12u, 13u are all scheduled to play at least 2 games and a possible 3rd if you advance to bracket play.

14u is canceled and a credit can be used for Adrian tournaments or Saginaw tournaments. Adrian 14u events are May 9-10, May 16-17, May 23-24.

We are continuing to work on the fields and they will be in the best shape we have been able to get them in.

8u, 9u, and 10u schedules are up to date and each of those age groups will be playing tomorrow, weather permitting.

11u, 12, 13u, and 14u are being worked on now and communicated prior to 6pm.

10u is good to play. All other ages require more wind, sun, or both. We have removed the standing water that was able to be removed. We applied diamond dry to areas that needed it (50 bags). We used external pumps for water that could be pumped.

Some areas still cant be walked on, let alone played on, unfortunately. The forecast the rest of the evenings says some sun could pop out and help us. We need it.

I will update the schedule with a few teams that opted out and have an revised schedule.

10u is the only age group that is 100% playing so far. Those fields will be ready to be played on and the schedule has been updated. All teams in the 10u group will play at least 3 games.

All other age groups will receive an update around 1pm. The tentative schedule is posted but could change based on field playability and teams choosing a credit.

Your communication has been appreciated. If you have not received a response, one will be coming shortly.

All Saturday games are canceled. The schedule will be revised to be a 2 game guarantee to be played Sunday.

We will evaluate the fields at sunrise tomorrow morning and begin to prep fields for Sunday's revised schedule. If a field is unplayable for Sunday we will make that determination as soon as we are able to.

A revised schedule will be posted this evening with games beginning at 8am Sunday.

Alternative option:
If you prefer to not play Sunday only, you may take a credit for a future tournament. Remaining weekends include:
May 16-17
May 23-24

June 6-7
June 13-14
June 27-28

July 11-12
July 18-19

or a credit can be used for 2027.

Thanks again for your patience and understanding but we were hammered with rain today. There was an outside chance 1, possibly 2, fields could be played on tomorrow but no guarantee. If your head coach prefers a credit, please have them make the necesary communication.

The heaviest rain is forecasted to hit us between 5pm and 8pm today. Hopefully it chooses a different path.

The sites that are the softest for us and would likely struggle with another half-inch of rain would be:

Olson Park

The sites that are in the best shape to take on some rain are:
Carrollton HS SB
Carrollton HS BA
Freeland Sports Zone
Wickes Park - Hospital Rd

There is still a chance it all misses us but a greater chance it doesnt. I apologize in advance for the timing but I will likely send another message between 9-10pm this evening.

We will lose a couple fields due to flooding but we will not lose any games for the weekend. Please, be mindful, that we are expecting thunderstorms and rain tomorrow and that could impact the fields and ultimately the schedule. After the rain stops, we will send a message with an update. The fields we are scheduled to play on are still incredibly soft but we plan on playing, if mother nature cooperates.

A couple fields had to be condensed to add another game.

9u, 10u, 11u, 12u Games will now be 6 innings or 90 minutes.
13u will have soft outfields and possibly soggy warning tracks due to the rain.
8u and 14u has not been altered.

Please take a look at your schedule to see if your team has changed times.

The current schedule has been updated to deal with the site issues we are currently experiencing. Hoyt Park is currently flooded and we will be adding fields for the possibility it is not playable.

Hoyt Park was built to hold water because it is an ice rink in the winter. It has pumps below the park to discharge excess water in the park. It hasn't had anywhere to send the water as the river is higher than normal. Some, if not all, of the park will be used April 25-26.

As we add fields over the next days we will also be monitoring Hoyt Park. If/when we add a field, we will make convenient adjustments to your schedule. If we are able to move you from one field to the other, we will do that without changing your times.

If we have to adjust times, we will not add 8am or 8pm time slots to the current schedule. We will also keep Friday clear. We hope to have this all finalized by Tuesday evening.

We will not add any Friday games but Saturday and Sunday are full days.
