Hey Coaches Registration will close Tuesday at 5pm so please read below some important info as your team gets ready to play next Saturday Evening!

If you don’t plan to play please let me know asap.

Schedules- Will release on Wednesday 8/13 at 1pm
Any schedule requests need to be emailed to Ryan ASAP at rhollingsworth@whitfieldcountyga.com.

Rules are under documents at each tourney link

Make sure you add your rosters and they are up to date.
This is criticial with the new pitching rules so we can keep up with records.
Any player not on roster will not be allowed to play in event and can cause a team forfeit.

Team Entry must be paid and Team Insurance emailed by 10am on Wednesday to be included in schedule.
