3-Game Guarantee Team Entry Fees (Per Team):
4U–6U: $100 + Umpire Fees ($25/game/team)
7U–8U: $100 + Umpire Fees ($30/game/team)
9U–12U: $150 + Umpire Fees ($40/game/team)
13U–18U: $200 + Umpire Fees ($50/game/team)
Payment Deadline: Monday prior to the tournament date.
Note: Limited spots available per division—early payment is recommended to secure your entry.

Game Times & PAP Umpire Fees:
5U–6U: 1 hr 5 min (No new inning after 1:00 or 6 innings) – $25/game/team
7U–8U: 1 hr 20 min (No new inning after 1:15 or 6 innings) – $30/game/team
9U–12U: 1 hr 35 min (No new inning after 1:30 or 6 innings) – $40/game/team
13U–18U: 1 hr 50 min (No new inning after 1:45 or 7 innings) – $50/game/team
General Admission:
Daily Pass: $7
Children 10 & Under: Free
Wristbands: Must be worn at all times. Broken wristbands will not be reissued.
Free Entry: 3 Coaches per team and all uniformed players.
Tournament Format:
3-Game Guarantee
Saturday: 2 Pool Games
Sunday: Single or Double Elimination (based on turnout)
Bracket Format: Gold & Silver Brackets available for divisions with 8+ teams.
No Drop-Dead Time: Finish the inning.
Game Clock: Begins immediately after the plate meeting.
Arrival: Teams must be ready 15 minutes prior to scheduled game time.
Availability: All teams must be ready to play from Friday 5:00 PM – Sunday 10:00 PM.

Gold Bracket:
Champions: 12 Rings, Banner, MVP, and Player of the Game Award
Finalists: 12 Rings, Banner, MVP, and Player of the Game Award
Silver Bracket:
Champions: 12 Medals, Banner, MVP, and Player of the Game Award
Finalists: 12 Medals, Banner, MVP, and Player of the Game Award
POG Awards: One Player of the Game award for every game.
Venue Rules & Restrictions:
No metal cleats/spikes on portable mounds or turf surfaces.
No scooters, metal cleats/spikes allowed in City of McAllen parks.
No food/drinks on turf fields, dugouts, or pitching mounds.
No tobacco or smoking (includes e-cigarettes) in parks.
No outside food, drinks, or coolers allowed.
Exception: Players may bring one personal water jug (must be carried by the player).
Pets: Not allowed inside the venues.
Behavior Policy:
Zero tolerance for disrespectful or aggressive behavior from fans, players, parents, or coaches. Violators will be removed and banned.
Event Cancellation Policy:
Full Cancellation (weather/act of God): Credit toward a future event.
Partial Rainout: Credit based on number of games played.
Team Withdrawal: No refunds or credits for team cancellations.
All payments are final. Credits only—no refunds.
