*Entry fees do not include transaction and/or registration fees

FORMAT:
4 GAME FORMAT: Teams may begin play as early as 5pm on Friday, October 10th. Format can very from pool play to playoffs format to straight bracket play for entire event. 
**Teams may be eliminated by end of day Sunday, we will try to get all teams games on Monday.
**Semi-Finals and Championships will be played on Monday.
**There may be other formats used depending on the layout of a division

ENTRY DEADLINE: September 15th, 2025 (Or when a division reaches capacity)

SCHEDULES AVAILABLE No later than 1 week before the event

GATE FEES: There will be a gate fees at each location for this event. Gate fees vary by location, contact Director for details.
**Arizona Athletic Grounds run their own gate fee program, these fees are in the $10 per day per person range. There is also $5/day parking fees at Arizona Athletic Grounds (this is new policy that just got sent to us as the facility changed ownership groups). 

STAY TO PLAY

This is a "Stay to Play" event, please book all lodging through Event Connect via the lodging link.
 
***LODGING BUYOUT*** - If your team would like to opt out of the Stay to Play program, you can request to do so by emailing drewr@wcptournaments.com. This will carry a $500 Surcharge that will be added to your team's invoice and must be paid before September 20th.
