ALL PLAYERS, PLEASE READ.... The only way to secure a spot in a Southern Sports event is to complete the registration form and make full payment....no exceptions. All players must complete the registration form. If you register in time for a baseball card to be made of your player, you agree to let Southern Sports Promotions use a photo of that on its social media channels. If you want to opt out of that, you must email southernsportsbaseball@yahoo.com after registering to indicate that.

Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you communicate 30 days before the tournament start date, a full refund will be given, less a $25 processing fee due to work being started on your player's baseball card. If you communicate 16 to 29 days before, 50 percent of your fee will be returned. If you communicate 15 or fewer days before, no refund will be given. Online payment service charges are non-refundable. WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: There is a chance the games could be rained out. The skills testing will still be held. Please be aware because of the skills testing, gear provided, etc. there are no refunds if the tournament games are rained out. Online payment service charges are non-refundable.
