General Information

3 GG TEAM ENTRY FEE:
4u-6u: Only $100 + Umpire Fees (PAP) $25/game/team.
7u-8u: Only $100 + Umpire Fees (PAP) $30/game/team.
9u-12u: Only $150 + Umpire Fees (PAP) $40/game/team.
13u-18u: Only $200 + Umpire Fees (PAP) $50/game/team.
Payment Deadline is No Later Than Monday before Tournament Date. However, we recommend paying as soon as possible to reserve your spot. As we will have a limited number of spots available per division.

UMPIRE FEE PER GAME / PER TEAM (PAP): 
5u-6u: (1:05* No New Inning After 1:00* or 6 inn) PAP $25 per game
7u-8u: (1:20* No New Inning After 1:15* or 6 inn) PAP $30 per game
9u-12u: (1:35* No New Inning After 1:30* or 6 inn) PAP $40 per game
13u-18u: (1:50* No New Inning After 1:45* or 7 inn) PAP $50 per game

GENERAL ADMISSION:

Children Under 10yrs Enter FREE!
Wristbands must be worn at all times.
Broken wristbands will not be honored to re-enter park.
3 Coaches per Team and Uniformed Players enter for free.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
3 Game Guarantee
Saturday: 2 Pool Games 
Sunday:  Single Elimination
Bracket Games:  GOLD & SILVER Brackets on Divisions with 8+ Teams.

POOL &/OR BRACKET GAMES:
Finish the Inning, No Drop-Dead Time. 
GOLD & SILVER Brackets on Divisions with 8+ Teams.
All teams must be available and ready to play at any time from Friday at 5:00 pm to Sunday at 10:00 pm.
All games must start at their scheduled times unless otherwise approved by one of the tournament directors.
Teams should be ready to play 15 minutes prior to game scheduled time.
Game Clock starts at the conclusion of the plate meeting. 
Games must go the complete time limit, unless 6-7 innings or run ruled.

GOLD BRACKET:
12 Championship Rings, Champion Banner, Tournament Champion MVP Award, and Champion Player Of the Game Award.
12 Finalist Rings, Finalist Banner, Tournament Finalist MVP Award, and Finalist Player Of the Game Award.
SILVER BRACKET:
12 Championship Medals, Champion Banner, Tournament Champion MVP Award, and Champion Player Of the Game Award.
12 Finalist Medals, Finalist Banner, Tournament Finalist MVP Award, and Finalist Player Of the Game Award.
POG Award For The Player Of the Game For Every Game.

VENUE RESTRICTIONS:
No Metal Cleats or Metal Spikes are allowed on portable pitching mounds and/or any turf surfaces.
No Food &/or Drinks of any kind are allowed on any turf playing field, turf playing dugouts, and turf portable pitching mounds.
No Smoking, Smokeless/Chewing Tobacco, and/or Cigarettes/E-Cigarettes are allowed in any of the tournament parks and/or venues.  
No Outside Food &/Or Drinks are allowed into the tournament venues.
No Ice Chests are allowed into the tournament venues.
As much as we would like to allow it, we have tried to do so in the past and it has gotten out of hand.  However, players are allowed to take one personal jug or container in with them.  Must be the player bringing in the personal container and not the parent.

FOOD & DRINKS:
No outside food, drink, or coolers permitted in park premises.

PETS:
No pets allowed into the venues.

BEHAVIOR AT THE EVENTS:
Zero-Tolerance Policy towards disrespectful and adverse behavior.
Any fan, parent, player &/or coach will be banned from the event for adverse behavior towards anyone in general.

CANCELATION OF EVENT:
In the event of rain/weather or any act of God canceling the entire tournament, teams will be issued a credit towards a future event.
In the event of rain canceling a tournament already in progress, a team will receive partial credit based on the amount of games played.
In the event of a paid team canceling prior to tournament, the team will NOT receive a refund nor a credit.
All deposits and payments are final. No Refunds, Only Credit for a future events.
