2nd Annual Autism Awareness

After 2+ inches of rain this morning and some spotty showers this afternoon and evening, we will be delaying KCU Field, Roadside Field, and Playground Field by 2 hours, starting at 11.

Games starting at 9:00 on Middle Achool softball field will now be played on the turf field. Afternoon games may still be played on the middle school field.

Please continue to check the schedule on the app and website for up to date information. I am in the process of updating the schedule now.

Good evening everyone. Thank you for registering for the 2nd Annual Autism Awareness Tournament in Grayson KY on May 31st/June 1st.

We will try and honor all schedule requests as best we can. With over 35 teams registered across the age divisions already and a few more to be expected, it can be impossible to accomodate all requests, but we do try our best. You will receive a seperate email tomorrow regarding such requests. Please have them in by Tuesday morning.

Expect the following over the next couple of days:

Monday - Schedule Request communication and Payment option communication
Tuesday - Rules Document posted
Wednesday - Schedule posted to website and app - Communication letting everyone known when it is ready
Thursday/Friday - Any last minute details


Again, if you have any questions, please let me know. If plans have changed, please let me know before schedules are posted as it takes a lot of time to accomodate everyone. Last minute adjustments are not ideal for anyone, especially those travelling longer distances.
