We have attached our COC and Media waiver form to our event page and also to this email.
COACHES: Every player's parent is required to fill out and sign this waiver. Please email your group's forms back to us or drop off the form by Saturday morning prior to your first game.
Schedules have been posted, and we are preparing for you all to join us on Saturday.
