Park Maintenance wanted me to share with you Park Rules. Please view attachment

They have seen a bunch of Sunflower Seeds on Fields and Dugouts. This is not permitted in this park due to the turf. If anything make sure you spit them in a cup or bottle.

Hey Coaches Registration will close tomorrow at 5pm so please read below some important info as your team gets ready to play this coming Weekend!

If you don’t plan to play please let me know asap. I will remove your team from team list.

Schedules- Will release on Thursday 2/27 at 1pm
Any schedule requests need to be emailed to Ryan ASAP at rhollingsworth@whitfieldcountyga.com.

Rules are under documents at each tourney link

Make sure you add your rosters and they are up to date.
Any player not on roster will not be allowed to play in event.

Team Entry must be paid by 10am on Thursday

Venmo @psatourneys (Friends and Family) If you do Goods and Service you will owe difference at gate.

Cash at Gate if approved by director before Thursday at 10am

Team Insurance must be emailed to Ryan before Thursday at 1pm to be on Schedule.

Tournament format will be a 4 Game Guarantee.

Format will be decided once registration closes and we know amount of teams.
